I've been waiting for my shifter assembly with my truck sitting at the shop for weeks, shipping status has said "ready to ship" for 3 weeks. When I contact them they tell "I'll get back to you with the tracking #" then they never reply. I've contacted them 12 times I get no response other then we will email u a tracking then never get anything. Staff are rude unresponsive and don't reply. Worst part is u can't even call and talk to anyone it has to be text or email
I'm not understanding how business is run@ Mammoth...ordered ONE ITEM on 11/2...right away, site shows "shipped"...mind you, they say they will alert when shipped and provide tracking #...I waited another 5 days, no tracking...I have contacted them numerous times now in the last 11 days, been told 3 times" will send tracking #"...we're coming up on 2 weeks now, they haven't moved AN INCH, yet the site shows "shipped" since the second...lies...as of Friday, if nothing still has not changed, going to file a dispute...enough of this nonsense 🤨

Ordered my son a part as a birthday gift on Sep 7th. Order status said "on the way". I requested a tracking number, they said they would get me one in a couple of days. Requested it again, never got it. Contacted the company again on 9/17, they said it showed as shipped but still couldn't provide a tracking number, but I was welcome to cancel the order. So I did. Ordered the part from Summit Racing instead and got it on my doorstep 2 days later. Will never order from this company again.

Took my money. No parts delivered and no refund. No phone calls only text messages? What kind company does that? My fault. Filled complaint with BBB, called Holley, they said they dont deal with them. My bank is going after them.
Couldn't be worse, bought 3 axle lockers "in stock" shipping immediately, after 50 days I canceled the order, had to open a dispute with credit card becouse they never issued a refund.
I'm in a lost of more than $3k.
Be careful, they lie to you that it's been shipped but never was, horrible customer service.
I think it is a scam.
They don't have a phone number to speak to someone, just text messages.
Do not recommend.
Mammoth Racing delivered excellent value with the Alcon front brake kit for my 2021 Ford F-150. Now I notice a significant improvement in my truck's braking performance. The six piston calipers and 347mm rotors are a major upgrade. I'm impressed with the quality and the fact that Mammoth Racing offered the best price I could find.
