I ordered Bilstein B6 rear shocks for my Mercedes Benz SL63 AMG, but they arrived only a day later than expected. Everything went well.
Ordered a clutch kit for my Mitsubishi Lancer GT on July 25th, contacted on Friday 26th to ask how long shipping usually takes and was told it would ship Monday 29th/ Tuesday 30th 2 day shipping so I expected the clutch to arrive Wednesday31st /Thursday 1st. On Tuesday 30th I checked in as no tracking had been uploaded, no reply. So on Wednesday 31st I asked again and got a reply saying yes order processed should arrive this week. Friday August 2nd I asked again this time I was told tracking should load between today and Monday, sorry had warehouse delays. Now I decide to patiently wait a bit seeing as their was a hurricane that week (although my order should have arrived before that) Wednesday August 7th I start to get annoyed and as again where it is and get told sorry we will expedite this, the following day Thursday 8th I ask what does that mean as I don't see how anything that's been said so far has been done as I would have received it by now, no reply. Friday August 9th I'm finally done I have missed 3 car appointments with my mechanic as I'm getting an engine swap and wanted to do the clutch at the same time. But he got me again because when I asked what's going on he said the initial order never left due to a warehouse move and that my order was leaving Monday, another day my car was supposed to go in. I wait till Monday 12th and ask again for my tracking number which hadn't been uploaded yet to which he said it has shipped and the tracking will be on in 24 hours which was obviously a lie and never happened and that brings us to today where the saga finally ended when I snapped and was like where the heck is my clutch and what's going on to which I get told do you want to cancel your order I said no I still want it you have it for the best price I send a few more annoyed messages and get a reply saying ok I will cancel your order I'm like that's not what I want I want you to give me the tracking he goes ahead and cancels the order anyway. The best part about all of this is this company/guy/scammer won't answer the phone and does this all by text leaving his stupid responses as proof that he's a scammer and a terrible businessman, and after wasting so much of my time I off course felt obliged to waste a little more time in the hopes of making people aware of this scam artist. Oh and the kicker I forgot to add is he sent me a link to one of his competitors that ships same day and told me to get it from them instead. What a clown!
