Mamma Mia Covers

I purchased my L shape, couch, cover, and a bit after 30 days it started to unravel by the threads! I contacted them immediately and they told me that it was unfortunate and they understood my unhappiness! So they have over $200 and I have a couch cover that's unraveling! Terrible customer service!

This is an unscrupulous company. I ordered the 3 seat velvet sofa color in brown. The color depicted on the Mamma Mia website is a medium taupey-toned brown. The cover I received (which looked like a return, even the plastic packaging looked worn) was NOT brown by any stretch of the imagination. It was grey. I immediately emailed Mamma Mia customer service about the problem and requested a prepaid return label. They responded asking for photos, which I sent. Their reply: "We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the product. On our website, we did our best to show the fabric texture and colors as closely as possible. However, color consistency cannot be guaranteed on every display and device. We value our customers' feedback and will use it to improve our products or services." Basically, tough luck that you ordered brown but received grey because we are insisting grey is brown.
A manager then sent another response trying to gaslight me into believing grey is brown by providing me pictures of their brown velvet cover and their grey velvet cover. These were not the pictures posted on their website but rather pictures of the actual covers on customers' furniture. Both covers in the "proof" pictures they sent me were indeed grey -- just different shades of grey. And the cover in the picture they were insisting is brown did not in any way resemble the color depicted online of Mamma Mia's brown velvet cover.
I will be returning the sofa cover at my expense but I will never order anything from Mamma Mia covers again and I warn everyone out there to avoid this rip-off company like the plague. When you read negative reviews about this company's unsavory practices, believe them the first time. I wish I had.

Excellent Cover. Great Customer Service. College kids love the cover and made a VERY old well used couch look new. Customer Service took care of the girls when the silly girls tossed out the cardboard inserts when they didn't read instructions! They guys next door with the exact same apartment said how did you get your place to look so nice. See photo!

I originally was overjoyed with my purchase earlier this year. I even posted positive reviews which I've now revised after my experience with the company. I spent close to $500 to put slip covers of my living room furniture and this was a sale price not full price. For that amount of money I would've expected the slip covers to hold up at least a year I only got a little over four months. I reached out to the company and I was offered a $25 coupon on my next purchase and told following:

*****Our consumers should be aware, however, that regular use of any material will necessarily cause it to deteriorate****

Please take into consideration that the product will deteriorate in a short amount of time.

Did they pay people to give all of these good reviews?!?!
Product is not as advertised. I bought the love seat with chaise, it was difficult to put on and did not fit into the angles like advertised. The fabric arrived snagged, the connection strings are a joke and the cover did not fit down the backside of the couch. I thoroughly vacuumed my couch prior to attempting to fit the cover just in case I needed to return. Sure enough, nothing went right so I boxed it back up with all the part and pieces. The company found 3 dog hairs and stated the cover was "covered in dog hair". In addition they took pictures of damage that are factory sewing issues and blamed me for the damage. They offer refunds based on the quality of product once returned, due to their bogus claims will only offer refund of 50%. I will never waste my time on this company. Their customer service is the worst!

I ordered a 3 seat sofa cover because my current sofa has a damaged cushion. Once I received the Mamma Mia cover the quality was not as it appeared online and it was too small. Then when I returned it, they only refunded me 50% due to "damage"? I literally tried to put it on my sofa as shown in the video and it didn't fit! Would never recommend using this company.

Bought my SECOND slipcover from this company and I absolutely love it!
The fabric is thick and heavy. Amazing, heavy, glossy material. It fits my oversized sofa perfectly, stays in place and doesn't slip off (even though I have a leather sofa).

I had a question about installation and contacted customer service, they responded almost instantly and were extremely helpful. This company is the find of the year for me! Will definitely buy more.

Completly not as described. I purchased an item that suppose to fit large couch. Attached pic show how long this thing and how much it covers. Not even close to what was advertised. Also terrible quility and does not stay on (tried it on the chair) Emailed company multiple times asking to return. Even contacted them on Facebook. They do not show they are address on the site and customer service is terrible. Just want to send this back and get my money back but I guess I am screwed because there is no way to return it

The cover for the sectional is a piece of crap. The fasteners are a joke. We have to use safety pins as the fasteners and straps break and the flimsy pieces of cardboard to push into the cushions disintegrate. I've had mine for a year 1/2 but will keep using it because it was pricey but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Took a long time to decide to purchase this cover. The price seemed a bit high but it has great reviews and appeared to provide the full coverage I wanted. This is an excellent buy. The material looks like it might be course ruffling but it is incredibly soft. I like it better than the leather couch service. Installation is a tad tricky but it only takes a few moments of wrestling it before you have that ah-ha moment and then it just effortless comes together. I suggest putting Uber the legs of the couch also. This cover stretches to infinity.

I very seldom write a review but I am really impressed by this couch cover. I've searched the entire internet and couldn't find anything for our oversized leather couch. I can't believe this thing fits! It was worth every penny. Our couch is now protected from kids and our cat and it can fit in our washer machine. We did run out of the cardboard tuck pieces but we improvised and made our own, we also tucked some bottom pieces under the legs of the couch. Me and my husband put it on together and it's definitely a two person chore. If you have an oversized couch, definitely check this product out.
