Prices are good. I have jeans and corduroy pants made. Once I got my measurements right, I just reorder. Always made exactly the way I want. The jean material I order is stretchy and not heavy like traditional jeans, which is what I like. It is so nice to finally have pants that fit me. I have long legs and narrow hips so it is rare to find pants in the store that fit. This is the only way I buy my pants now. **The key is getting your measurements correct, so that part is the customer's responsibility.

They will not take no for an answer. The head of IT told them that if we needed anything, we would call them. They then call me(IT), trying to get information. I told them what my boss told them. Today they called up the HR Department trying to weasel more information out of them.

The process is painful and you will have to at least 3 times before you get a fit that suits you. You also won't get a refund for anything, as you specified the measurements.
Rather go down to your local tailor pay triple the price - at least you will get something that fits and you can return it if it doesn't.

I'm going to start with the fact that I make my own clothes so I know how to measure myself. I was told to reconfirm my measurements 3-4 times, even telling me to visit a local seamstress to have them measure. That's not something that I needed or something that's easily done in my area. I asked for them to cancel the order twice and was ignored. They finally forwarded the measurements to get the process started. I just received the jeans and I'm pretty happy with them but not sure if I want to go through the experience again.

I think you need to use a second time to get correct size. I ordered a 34 waste, but they were to small, probably fit a 30 inch waste. I fault the the quality they were very well made. Sizing can be problem

The courier dropped the parcel in an outhouse but failed to leave a card to let me know he had been and where the parcel was. This caused unnecessary hassle for both myself and Makeyourownjeans until the parcel was tracked down. Couriers should be instructed to leave a card when they leave a parcel. Aside from that the experience was superb, the quality of the jeans is superb and they fit beautifully.

Their measurements are weird, but we complied. Suit did not arrive per our measurements. Since they "confirmed" our measurements (we just insisted we wanted our measurements), they said it was through no fault of their own.

I wanted 24 inch sleeves. They confirmed I wanted 24 inch sleeves. They sent me 21 inch sleeves. But that's not their fault. When I contacted support, they sent me a 25% off voucher for a future order as a way to defray the extensive tailoring I'd need. Like I'd ever buy from them again.

My order invoice suggested I review them online. Here I go. They blow. Don't order from them.

This was a simple process and it was great that you could design the jeans exactly like you wanted them and the exact measurements. The quality of the jeans and all the stitching was just excellent. Also the measurements were exactly as ordered. This is a very well made product, and this was so refreshing. This was the most I have ever spent on jeans, but it was well worth it to get exactly what you envisioned.

Wow. My jeans are great. They fit so well and the material is so nice. And the price. You can't buy a designer jean for the price and have it fit so well or be such high quality of material and workmanship. Truly a luxury you can afford.

My first order I thought took too long to receive and the communication was lacking. This order was recieived in much less time and as promised. I currently have another order which I hope to receive within the next two weeks. I have found there product to be well made and easy to maintain. And the prices are excllent.

The jeans looked just like the kind I'd find in a nice jeans store, only with better fit. I'm tall with a 38" inseam. Service is easy to use and the quality is excellent. I purchased the fit guarantee and the first pair fit almost perfectly, however the jeans were made 2" longer than what I put on my measurements (they measured at 51" long, waist to ankle). On Feb 3, I went to order my free remake, added new measurements and some comments and submitted only to be taken to a page that said "oops, something went wrong". When I went back to my account, the option to order my free remake pair is gone. How can I get my remake?

This was the most painful order I've ever placed in my life. I had to repeatedly change/edit/delete my shipping address vs. my billing address all the way through the order. Even on the CC information. My billing is different than the shipping

The customer service at Makeyourownjeans.com is horrible. I ordered the "fashion" rivets for my jeans and when they arrived they were 3x the size of a regular rivet. There is no mention of the size difference in the catalogue. They blamed me "the customer" saying "there is no mention of the size difference in the catalogue and as the customer I should have known that and it is not their problem". They were unable to open photos sent as per their request sent attached to an email. It took five tries and many emails to get absolutely nowhere. I have given up trying to get my money back and am posting on line my dissatisfaction.
