These people are looters. They will took your money and they will made mistake,,the money never they will not return back.
These people kept lots of staff (paying the salary or Not) to say sorry and apology. But your money will gone.
I booked a ticket.up and down.and they conformed one side one side not conformed.
They are saying its not their mistake. Its from airline. And thy said 20% money will return back
No guarantee for the tickets. That money also they didn't return back

I have planned a tour for gantok in May 2016. From the Day one I am regretting why i have undertaken this tour operator from planing my tour package. I ma regular chasing them for their response towards my queries and i have no been entertained for more than the month. Every time i call them they assured me that they will provide response to me ASAP. But there ASAP has not worked in one months also. I ma under the impression that they prefer in one time selling of tours and earn profits from that, further they are not concerned with anything.

Such is such a stupid service that I had ever face. Rabbis staff and all of them are lawyers. I suggest to everyone with my both hands to not choose this service. They cheat with people and waste of them.

NEVER book your holiday trip through 'makemytrip'... for everything you need to follow up with MMT. No proper communication and understanding between MMT and transport guys. They wouldn't listen to customers voice and no SLA for any issues and you need to backlog with them. Suddenly they will remove some of the activities. Vehicle self start issue, drivers attitude issue, wrong side driving in ooty. Ooty is totally a mountain place. Driver will fight with passengers and behave rudely. Instead of you feeling holiday trip driver would feel himself as a holiday trip.

Makemytrip.com travel planner will send you multiple vacation packages some will include airfare and exclude in some. You expect all package to include airfare for international packages. In order to show package cost low, they exclude it so that you feel good about the package and you book it without knowing airfare is not included. Either you have to pay hefty airfare cost separately or cancel it. If you cancel it even next day after payment, you will lose 25% or more of the package cost.
No possibility to take switch to another packages to avoid any lose. They will still charge you for cancellation. Never ever buy vacation package and you will regret.

As i booked for cab booking through MMT for mid night. Because i have to catch the flight at 5 am. the driver came to pick up at my location and he dropped me at airport. So I didn't missed my flight. Thanks to driver and MMT for giving a good service.!

Ripped off of 5000K, paid for a service that was not provided. No disclaimer provided on the App that it depends on the hotel what they will let me eat what they feel like.

And they are saying that it depends on the hotel? Like they have no responsibility? They just a listing platform and have not responsibility towards their customers.

The agent closed the ticket after telling me that he is escalating the issue to his manager. This is highly unprofessional and I have a call recording for the same as a proof.

Also, it is clearly MakeMyTrip's responsibility that the details mentioned on the website should be correct you can fool people by saying that it depends on the hotel what they will provide in the package. If that is the case you should mention it in the booking page. Use an disclaimer and let the users know before they end up paying 5000 extra for something that they will never get. This is MakeMyTrip's responsibility towards their customers.

Worst website ever. Never use makemytrip to book tickets. They just take some information by default and then to modify the details they just ask to cancel the ticket and pay a high penalty fee or they ask to pay 153 USD to get the information changed.
Worst service ever. Request you all not to make a booking through this site.
They display wrong information while confirming the ticket and provide some other information to the airlines.
Never use their website to make the booking.

MMT are scammers. I booked a cab from my home dehradun to delhi and the google map distance showed exact 277 kms. We paid 3200 amount at the same time but the drivers always take extra amount from you after reaching destination. It showed 56 kms extra and they charged rs 13 per km. This way extra 700 was paid to the driver. This is how they are looting their customers by showing extra kms for outstation cab and then taking extra money. Will never book from here as they are fraud and cheating their customers. When the google map and everything shows 277 km how come the driver app shows 56 kms extra. Or do they purposely do such manipulations. Wont reccomend to anyone to use MMT for outstation cabs.

When I made a booking on their site, I was given a confirmation. That was followed by an email that because of "technical" difficulties the booking did not go through. That was followed up by a call from them a few days later asking for more money ($50) to book me on the same flights. That was followed up a week later saying that they were unable to issue the ticket, but if I agreed to pay more(about $200), then could put me on alternate flights. Their alternate flights sucked and so I asked them to cancel the whole booking. 20 days later I still have no refund on my credit card. They cannot even give me a status on my credit refund because their systems are being upgraded. I call it a pathetic excuse. I have no complaints about the staff at MMT, I just think that their processes and their systems are horrible. Any reputed travel agent would have honoured my original price and put me on alternate flights. Or atleast issued my refund. Dont expect that from MMT.

I booked the theertha park hotel via makemytrip website and the booking get confirmed I got the mail and message both but when we reach the hotel to check in the hotel receptionist told us that they are not using online bookings nowadays and we did not receive any money or confirmation about the booking and didn't allow us to stay in there hotel that day we slept inside our car. Is this the way you people give service to your customers? And from last 3 days I am trying to contact makemytrip customer care but couldn't able to do so because of huge traffic is this the way you people running your business? I want my full booking amount and compensation to my bank account or else I will never ever use makemytrip again in my life. After many follow up make my trip team is saying they have transferred money to the hotel and the Hotel is not refunding back.

Recently booked bus booking, the driver dropped us 2 km away from the destination and argued. Later, when we complained Makemytrip, they heard us, penalised bus driver and company and compensated us with voucher.
