Never again will i order from makemechic.com clothes is such poor quality not to mention way off with their sizing. Also ships from Hong Kong so takes long to recieve order!
I feel so stupid for not looking up reviews on this site initially. I saw an ad on Pinterest for a shirt I was in love with, and foolishly clicked and purchased right away. I ordered a size medium after reviewing their size chart. Upon receiving it in the mail, the shirt was WAY too small. I could barely move my arms in it. The quality was also super poor. Then, I noticed the shirt didn't even have any tags attached to it. THEN, I noticed there wasn't even a printed receipt in the bag. I've never ordered anything online and received something like this. It was literally just the shirt I ordered stuffed into a bag. I submitted a ticket regarding returning the shirt, per the instructions on their website. The rep that went back and forth with me had really poor broken English. He wasn't even reading what I was asking. I asked for the address I should return this to, and he came back and said that they will not pay for my shipping. (I never asked them to... face palm). I decided to open a LiveChat on their website, and spoke with Heather. I was getting really short responses from her, just super unprofessional. I was already suspicious to begin with, but then I started reading these reviews while mid-conversation with Heather. So I asked her how she will ensure that I actually get my money back upon returning this shirt. Her response (image proof attached) said "I mean they should refund you". WHAT IS THIS? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this site at all costs.
Worst online store ever. I ordered something in the beginning of September and it said standard shipping 7-15 days. I was like ok, its normal whatever. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my order and I go into my account to see that it hasn't even been shipped yet. A few days later when it is shipped out, I am sitting here tracking it. By the third week, wondering why I still haven't gotten it. I click on the tracking number and find out that the "package is damaged. Please contact seller." NO $#*!ING EMAIL or any notification from the vendor to tell me that. I had to go in myself to see this $#*!. Needless to say, I don't know what shipping policy they follow. So, I tried to call customer service and found out there's no contact number. Not surprised. I emailed them requesting my refund and they were unwilling to provide me that. Only an exchange. So I gave up and decided to use my credit towards something else and I ordered in the beggining of October and yet here I am again two weeks later waiting for my order and the status still says shipped. Oh, and guess what? There is no tracking number yet. It's almost $#*!ing November. NEVER EVER EVER ordering from these people again. Seriously one of the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wouldn't even give it one star.
I bought these dress like 2 weeks ago one of them have the biggest gray stain on them n they are to big. I want to exchange them but they are giving me the run around. I just want my money back...
I know that you all love to shop online! However, never never shop online from this company: www.makemechic.com. Here is my terrible experience. Don't buy anything from this company! They are NOT REALLY PROFESSIONAL. The website said that it takes 10 (ten) days to ship your order. I placed my order on Thursday, 01/26/17@ 09.34 AM. I have called the California office so many times and not a SINGLE SOUL ANSWERED THE DAMN PHONE since Friday, 02/03/17. You can only chat online with an Agent (Jessica) on their website. She is probably not even a human being. She must be a robot. She can only keep saying over and over her apology for delaying my order. They took the payment, they promised that they will ship my order, but after 30 days they never delivered all their promises. They are DAMN SCAMMERS!' Earlier today, Thursday, 02/23/17@ 09.00 AM (4 weeks after I placed my order), she told me to call FedEx with a Tracking Number (AGAIN!) When I was talking to a FedEx Agent (Karen), she said that FedEx only has the label and no package since the very beginning. Jessica of Makemechic told me to wait another 3-5 days after 30 days of waiting. Or they will refund me. You can find this company also here in FaceBook, Twitter. This is horrible service and they are just a bunch of LIARS! Just stick with www.amazon.com and don't be another victims!

No packing slips. No receipts. Poor quality. Items missing sleeves don't order from them. Waste of time and money
Something is up at makemechic.com. I loved their clothing, website and shopping experience until recently. My past 2 orders have been chaos. After waiting so long (few days), I get a shipping notice, only to check and realize that I've also been notified that items went out of stock. This is after my card has already been charged! On 2 separate occasions? Come on man! Then to add insult to injury, whatever is left of the order and on the 2 occasions for me, the order ended up with only 2 items, they then ship them separately. That is additional costs for me since I then pay to ship my packages from the US to the Caribbean. So I ended up paying for 4 different packages for 4 different items which made me spend so much money that the orders didn't make sense anymore. Then, I have to be asking back for my money when I see weeks past and nothing.
I also had a separate incident where my card was charged twice by them and I can't get back my money back (over US80.00) up to today! I created tickets requesting assistance, been back and forth with my bank and all my bank need now is one more minor piece of info and makemechic refuses. O, the CSR responded to me saying "Honestly, I don't see what is the issue here. Maybe you got back your money." How rude! I am without my money, they cost me additional money by shipping each item separately and then I get attitude fro customer service.
I am no longer going to shop with them after shopping there continuously for my friends and I since 2012. Whatever has changed there has caused them to go downhill. My co-worker is also scared to order from them after seeing what I have been through and she warned her friend whom she recommended. Her friend made large orders because she has a small store. Meanwhile, I still have to do without my money since 2 months ago!
You lost 3 customers in one area mmc. Hope you fix whatever is going on.

This is because there is no choice for ZERO. This company is so awful they have reviews on YOUTUBE that are so sad they are sort of hilarious!
They have horrible, terrible reviews all over the Internet... Facebook, YouTube, yelp... you know, the unpaid places. Then... of course they have a few of the, what we call in the business "muffin hawkers", who will copy and paste these ridiculous tawdry lies for the company every time they drop a dime.
(Also known as "review escorting... or... you know?".)
We also all know this company is running under VARIOUS NAMES!

1 - "I received a dress made of paper! Yep! Paper! IT DID NOT SAY PAPER IN AD!
2 - "The picture was completely different! Why is this so?"
