BAD COMPANY

ORDERED BRACELET, CAME EVENTUALLY. NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, IT WAS CHEAP AND CRAP. THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME 70% BACK, IF I RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE. THEIR AT FAULT, SO SHOULDNT BE ME OUT OF POCKET

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I would give negative stars if it would let me. One star is way more then they deserve. They stated my order would be shipped in 3-5 business and they would send an email when it ships. 10 business days out and the order has not been shipped! I tried reaching out to the company through email and phone and NO RESPONSE. They are a scam, do not use them!

Read fine print. They don't take returns or refunda. No exceptions. I ordered a throw for my 30 yr old for Christmas. It arrived in tiny baggie. Smaller thinner then any baby blanket. I thought it was a sampler mistake. Cost $50. What baby blanket cost $50!. No invoice included couldn't find contact info to get correct size. Finally ordered from another company. Same price correct size arrived. Finally went through PayPalto contact giftcustom for return and refund letting them know mistake in size no invoice in my order. I told them I'm old disabled purchased thinking women in the picture depicted size of throw being adult. I had to order correct size from another company because I couldn't find any contact info for giftcustom. Same cost for correct size sent in time. Being low income I needed to return for refund. That money was budgeted to cover Medicare deductible thanked them for understanding making it right. Email sent to me hurt. I worked for Red Cross over 20yrs I can't imagine being so cruel to disabled person. The customer service behavior was spiteful and I've lost $50 I don't have. They said no returns no refunds no exceptions in large print. No consideration for situation or disabled.

Im going to start by saying I have never done a produce review.
I ordered a custom pillow of my sisters dog for her as a Christmas gift.
I sent an adorable saturated in color picture of his face for a 12" pillow. I actually have one of my dog from another vendor that I love!
First one showed up scrunched in a ball in cellophane. I opened it up and there were visible creases across the face and the pic. Almost appeared "over exposed".
I contaced customer service and after some back and forth they would NOT reimburse me but instead I had to reprint. Well I got the reprinted one today and it is JUST as bad.
After the back and forth I was only granted $8 in reimbursement.
So now here I am with not one, but two shoddy pillows.
Do not use this company. Sub par

Do not get the custom order pillow. Even after I emailed them to discuss the picture I sent since they program warped it a bit, and sent them the original file and asked they ensure it was okay, they still sent a horribly deformed pillow to me, and it came 1.5 months after they said it would. This company is a scam.

Order never received

I ordered socks in November, was supposed to receive in Deceomber. Received an email saying it was delivered, but, it was not. We even have Ring proof to show no deliveries were made that day.
They will not reimburse me.
Be very leary of this company

Ordered 2 pillows for my nephews for Xmas on Dec 6. STILL waiting for it. Have tried to cancel and get a refund but only offering me 15%. TERRIBLE customer service. I will now be working with my credit card to dispute the charge.

SCAM

They promote a 3 for 2 deal on custom socks and when you finally get your order, it's only 1 sock. Customer service is not helpful at all, and they tell you you're wrong, even though the site clearly states 3 for 2. This is all a scam.

Never received my package even when they said it was delivered after over a month of waiting when promised it would only take 15 days maximum. They were recommended by Instagram, which is even worse, so I feel they are to blame as well for recommending a fraudulent company. My tracking number even indicates it's still in transit since 12/16 and hasn't moved sense so how could it have been delivered? The customer service is also atrocious and very vague when conversing through email about the whereabouts of my package.

I wish I had read reviews on how poorly this company runs its customer service. I ordered my gift December 2 in order to have it by Xmas, I even paid extra for faster shipping. It was supposed to be delivered no later than the 18th. I am now going on 3 weeks with no delivery insight. Messaged customer service last week and they said don't worry it will be there before Xmas. Still nothing so I emailed them again and they told me I had to wait another 3 business days making me receive my order days past Xmas. Never again will I order from them and I urge anyone else not to either.

Poor service

I ordered products a month ago. Haven't received my order yet. Every time I try to contact them they say operators are not available. They will contact me. No one has contacted me after 3 days of trying. I will never order from here again. Big rip off!

I ordered a bedspread in August for my granddaughter for her September birthday. It did not arrive until September 15th. Late for her birthday but not too upsetting. The bedspread IS upsetting. When I opened the package I thought it was a sheet- very thin, poorly made certainly not a $60.00 twin size bedspread. Their refund policy is very sketchy- I have to pay to return, they say not to send to manufacturer but don't say where to send. Also say they will decide if I get a refund.

I ordered a hilarious pair of briefs for my boyfriend with my face on them, expecting it to just be a gag gift, but he actually wears them all the time bc the material is soft and they fit right! Great way to brighten peoples day!

Worst company ever! I ordered socks for a wedding and prior to ordering, I confirmed that they would arrive on time. I chose the fastest possible shipping of 2-4 days just to be sure. THEY CAME 2 MONTHS LATER. At that point they were useless. I even told them right away that if they didn't come on time i would like to cancel the order. They went through with it anyways knowing that it wasn't coming on time. The customer service was awful and at one point offered a 30% refund but never ended up giving it. They have not answered my emails ever since. DO NOT ORDER.

ZERO ZERO ZERO Stars! Made and Shipped in China-aka, takes wayyyyy too long for them to ship and adhere to their "Shipping Time". I ordered something for Valentines Day for my husband, purchased well in advance and still paid for EXPIDITED shipping. I finally filed a complaint with paypal 6 weeks later after not receiving the item (that should've been my first red flag that this isn't a credible company). Now 8 weeks later I get my item I paid for... um what? This is a cheap-a$$ company that is fraudulent and be very aware that the items and products on their website are not what you will receive-if you even receive. Oh yeah, and the item I received is a cheap, shiny, spandex gross material. Threw it away-so disgusted with them and their products.

Similar to all the other reviews this company extraordinary slow with shipping out the items. I ordered two items I took 25 days and 28 days for them both to be delivered. Emailed customer service multiple times complaining because I had missed the birthday deadline for a friend. Demanded a refund because I had to go buy something else in the meantime but it fell on deaf ears. All they did was keep apologizing and said that they were behind due to the busy season. I ordered in February...
