I would not recommend this company. They advertise 5-9 days shipping on their website which is a complete joke! I placed my order on Dec 8th it said it was shipped out on Dec 10, it is now Dec 28 and I've still not received my order. 18 days in shipping and still haven't received my order! I emailed the company with my frustrations and just asked for my money back, which was also a joke. I will say, they were quick to email me back but just with excuses and discounts on my next order. As if I'm ever going to order from them again!?!? Wished I had read the reviews first! TERRIBLE COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
NEVER RECEIVED!
I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas on November 24th. I have never received it and they will NOT refund my money. Complained to BBB about them. They keep saying they can't give me my money back but I have NEVER received the purchase! I think it is a scam!
Paid $22.995 for expedited shipping, and the date the item was supposed to arrive has come and gone. No gift for my wifes birthday, and no response from the company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
I ordered $180+ worth of merchandise on November 26th in anticipation for Christmas presents. I paid express shipping and the website said it would take 5 business days till I received my order. It is now December 23rd and my package tracking number is invalid and after numerous unanswered emails I finally got a response with a new tracking number that ALSO is invalid. I have asked for a refund dozens of times and begged them to please send me accurate shipping information and they refuse. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Doubt my package will ever arrive and they refuse to give me a refund.

We can start with the fact that the lead time on their site means nothing to them, no matter how many times you contact them and ask for an update! Your order is always on it's way. I received multiple tracking #s, none of which were correct!
I ordered the socks as a prank gift to have to open at Christmas, UNFORTUNATELY they came WAY after Christmas, though according to their site I ordered in time for them to be here!
I will have to say 2 of the 4 socks were actually good, but one of the socks, pretty much the chin/throat/ears were cut off and the other one had blue hair! I did not even mention the one where they basically changed everything about the look, just the blue hair one and their response was... oh it's the lighting! OK?!?!
When I originally started talking to them, they offered 15% discount for "my patience" (they end every single email with that), and when the material was not here on time and showed up 3 weeks late, I did take them up on that offer.
Unless you are not worried about the time, do not care about quality (lucky for me, these were prank gifts) do yourself a favor and keep scrolling when you see this companies name listed!
If this review helps anyone to not waist their money, then I will have succeeded. Review their REFUND policy and beware! I ordered a Christmas gift on December 2nd, plenty of time to receive it for the holiday. When I did not receive it in the 5-9 days as stated I would at the time of purchase, I reached out to inquire as to where it was and all I received were automated responses stating an apology about the holiday high demand. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After several additional emails and a request for a refund on the item as it will not be arriving in time for a Christmas gift, they responded with sorry that they can not give a refund and hope that I can use it for another holiday like Valentine's Day. Really? So due to their inability to prepare for excessive holiday orders, they get to keep my money and decide what holiday I can gift it to my loved one. Side note, I ordered a second item a few days later, not realizing this was going to happen because a friend of mine had to put her dog down a few weeks back, that this would make a very sentimental gift for the holidays. It is currently STILL sitting in a mythical facility in California, as hit has been for the last 10 days, according to their delivery app.
One word. HORRIBLE Quality and customer service. Product arrived later then expected date and quality was very poor... don't waste your money
