I purchased an iPad on the 30th November 2024, this obviously was a Christmas present. Had it delivered to my place of work thinking it'd be safer. Dpd left it by the reception desk and walked away. It wasn't handed to anyone nor signed for. With it being expensive £270 I assumed it would be signed for or at least handed to a person but it was just left.
So I email Major Mobiles and I got ignored. Emailed a few more times to again be ignored. Called them and to be honest they weren't bothered. Told them I had spoken to Dpd as well. He said he would get back to me.
Surprisingly its now the 11th January 2025 and still no contact what so ever from Major Mobiles. So it was supposed to be a present which went missing and also £270 down.
I'm not impressed with this company at all and it was the lack of communication and attitude that was so annoying!

A little dubious about buying form an unknown site, but after my experience, I can say that they are the real deal!
I called their number after I placed the order and spoke with Jenny who confirmed everything was good. 2-days later my Apple Watch showed up on my door!

Beware, this company sell products as though they are to UK spec but they are not. I purchased an Apple IPhone only to find out that it was US spec which means the signals work differently so you can have major issues when using in the UK.
Attempting to speak with someone at this company is near on impossible or when you email them they only respond to questions that will get them a sale. Ask anything they don't want to answer or when trying to return a phone, they do not reply.
Pay a bit more money and get a guaranteed UK spec and avoid this fraudulent company. They should be reported to trading standards.
This is the first time that I've used Major Mobiles and I couldn't be happier. I ordered a new iPhone 11 at the best price around (and I did my research!). The phone was delivered securely in two days. Customer service are super responsive. 5 star service and product.
Returned almost a month ago due to the seal being broken and being told by the devices manufacturer that the device had been registered for warranty by an individual in 2020.
The device was delivered back to the retailer on 24/01/2022, I was told to wait two to three days for the return to be processed. As of today 20/02/2022 twenty-seven days later I've yet to receive any refund. I've sent three emails on 01/02/2022, 03/02/2022 and 08/02/2022 respectively asking for an update on my return to which I received only one response on 04/02/2022 where I was told they'd check up on the return, that was sixteen days ago.
If in three days I don't receive a confirmation that my original payment will be refunded I plan to report the transaction to my bank which'll hopefully issue a chargeback. I have evidence of the device not arriving sealed along with digitally signed emails which document all my correspondence.
Company is fraudulantly avoiding warranty and even going to small claims court will be avoided as their address is not theirs and use it illegally

It is not the business address of major mobiles UK, our address has been used under fraudulent purposes by the company.
The person associated with the account number in the address was banned from using our services in early 2020. They are based in the USA. We are going to report this to the relevant authorities.
I really hope you can resolve this, We take fraud very very seriously
I bought an iPad from this company which was supplied with a US adapter which was unsuitable and broke our kitchen socket with the additional adapter of substandard quality that was supplied with it.
Was promised a new adapter and a refund to replace the broken socket over six months ago and I'm still waiting.
Nobody including Melanie G ever answers the emails and it is impossible to get through on the phone.
Use at your peril.
I have not regretted since the first time that I decided to buy a phone from them because every single device that I have bought from them has turned out to be exactly what I expected and that is what I value most about them. They just need to add more collections to what they already have.
I never review people normally but these guys are truly the GOATs. When I couldn't find an iPad anywhere, they saved the day, and I received a brand new one at a very reasonable price the NEXT DAY. Very responsive on emails. These are my new go to guys - recommend 100%!

This is a good phone shop. I like it because so far I have bought three phens form them and each time they have had some very good phones. I like it very much and that is what makes it enjoyable. It is not easy to know what you may want when there is a lot to choose from.
I liked their service. I wanted to talk to one of them and they were able to connect me ver fast and I had a nice cheat over what I wanted to buy. That is the value of customer service and it amde em lek the even more. They provide warranty and that makes all the better..
Ordered a new IPad Mini 5 on Wednesday at 11:00, delivered the following day at 15:30. Can't ask for more than that... And 10% cheaper than Curry's... Bargain... Would definitely use again... Thanks Guys...
The iPad I purchased was great, works well, brand new in box, but not originally for uk market, however, adaptor plug was provided as an extra. My only criticisms are lack of communication and a little slow on delivery.
I am very satisfied with my Samsung s10. Saved more than £200 compare to high street prices and received brand new sealed packed phone and all other extra accessories. Fast delivery. Well recommended to others as well.
Ordered iPad on Tuesday night picked wrong colour and as I ordered for someone else I wanted to change this I selected cancel and got a reply page so I requested an amendment. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 from this company. I selected the free standard UK postage at checkout and was thrilled to receive it with royal mail 2 days later. The phone itself was exactly as advertised. Brand new and works perfectly with my EE sim. It even has 2 sim card slots which is great for my annual trip to paris.
I placed an order for a new mobile phone on behalf of my brother who is disabled, and it arrived so quickly. The ordering process was so easy. The delivery was super quick. Highly recommend. And will be back.
They say that if something sounds too good to be true then it probably isn't. However, this is one of those rare exceptions. Everything was exactly as advertised except the delivery - that was quicker than advertised so that was good.
I will always make this my first port of call whenever I need a new mobile.
Good service. I received my S10 a day later than expected. The phone was well packaged and brand new. UK fast charger adaptor was included as well as a phone case (for the back) and additional storage memory card. My only critique regarding the phone is battery life; it could be better. I will probably get a longer charging cable as I feel the one included is a bit too short for my liking. I am also not a fan of ear pods. Overall, very satisfied.
