Good service. I received my S10 a day later than expected. The phone was well packaged and brand new. UK fast charger adaptor was included as well as a phone case (for the back) and additional storage memory card. My only critique regarding the phone is battery life; it could be better. I will probably get a longer charging cable as I feel the one included is a bit too short for my liking. I am also not a fan of ear pods. Overall, very satisfied.

I was a bit anxious about ordering from this sort of company. I have to say they where great and very helpful communicating via email as I am deaf.

Ordered (August 2019) a S10 Plus for my wife and a S10 for myself. They arrived quickly, great packaging and phone in great condition and it works well.

I will certainly buy from them again in the future, I will soon buy a upgraded Ipad.

I tried to get in touch as my iPad was showing few faults. Sent them emails. No reply. Their service is the poorest. I will not buy again and will not advise anyone to buy from them.
AVOID IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY BE WARNED! READ THE REVIEWS!Took my money and sent an email to confirm payment then all gone quiet. Payed for expedited delivery(£9.90) and got nothing delivered. Not had the email to say posted as the first email said I would receive.£568 lighter now and started proceedings to get money back! They don't answer emails or the *******770 phone number!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CRAP! I should have read the reviews! Merry Xmas with no presents! UPDATE 21/12/22 still no response or product delivered! How do I explain this to the kids that they have no presents?
Update: the parcel was delivered 28/12/22 to a neighbour by DPD as I was on holiday. Just got back 31/12/22 to find only one iPad instead of 2 in the package! Just no end to this problem with a non contactable business. And yes an adapter plug in the package as non uk item!

We have had a terrible experience with Major Mobiles. Our iPad although cheap stopped working, just would not charge or switch on. We tried to claim from the warranty as advertised on their website. We could not get anywhere with them just ignored us when we refused their offer of a pittance one of payment of £30. No offer of replacement or repair.

We tried to take them to court as we are rightfully entitled to claim under the warranty, to find they are trading illegally. They make it impossible to find their trading address to send a claim to, and have not updated their details with companies house - who are trying to now strike them off for failing to submit their accounts.

Most of the reviews are made soon after purchase, but many more buyers are experiencing this same issue finding they cannot claim from the warranty and items being faulty.

If you want a cheaper iPad and are willing to replace in 12 months time then you'll be fine. If you expect a bit more including a reply from an email then go direct to Apple. Don't be fooled by the reviews and buy direct don't be ripped off like we were.

I ordered a Brand New Samsung A71 and it arrived within 3 working days via DPD. Not being the most technical of people and having a few queries, I contacted MajorMobiles.com by email with my questions and the very helpful Melanie G (not the Spice Girl?!) replied within less than 1 hour!

Typically, I then had more further technical questions, which I was promised would be answered after referral to a technical colleague. Melanie G delivered on her promise and answered my further queries within 24 hours by email. Now that's what you call Customer Service. I would have given 10 stars but the maximum only appears to be 5.

I needed a replacement for my much loved but out-of-date Apple ipad. Major Mobiles offered a significant discount on the recommended price and having placed the online order, my ipad arrived the very next day.

The 7th generation 10.2 inch ipad is a big improvement on my older model and the customer service from Major Mobiles is first class. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be dealing with them again.

I cannot thank this company and all its hard working staff enough for their extremely hard work and efficiencydespite the current climate we find ourselves living in. Melanie particularly who immediately replied to my anxious queries with first class courtesy and reassurance. After this reassuring advice I purchased my ipad with confidence on 30th June from their company in England and it arrived the very next morning 1st July. Thank you Major Mobiles for all your hard work. I will definitely use you again.
