I ordered a Brand New Samsung A71 and it arrived within 3 working days via DPD. Not being the most technical of people and having a few queries, I contacted MajorMobiles.com by email with my questions and the very helpful Melanie G (not the Spice Girl?!) replied within less than 1 hour!

Typically, I then had more further technical questions, which I was promised would be answered after referral to a technical colleague. Melanie G delivered on her promise and answered my further queries within 24 hours by email. Now that's what you call Customer Service. I would have given 10 stars but the maximum only appears to be 5.

Falsely advertised and mis-sold an American model of the phone that is not covered under warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND RISKING BUYING FROM THIS DODGY WEBSITE.

I bought a galaxy S10 which had been advertised as being covered by a 2 year warranty.

I then emailed them directly to confirm what model of the phone they were offering to which they stated it was the European model.

6 months in I experienced a fault with the charger port so I took the phone to a Samsung store. The Samsung store told me that usually the fault would be covered by warranty, however the phone was an American model so it is not covered by warranty in the UK.

Upon contacting MajorMobiles UK, they initially ignored my emails and refused to provide any solution or explanations to misselling a phone.

Again, I do not recommend buying from this website and I think when buying expensive tech it is definitely better to buy from the manufacturer or a trusted retailer as I am now having to pay £360 for a fault that would've been covered under warranty if I did not buy from majormobiles.co.uk.

Extremely frustrated that they are able to openly lie and falsely advertise on their website to scam customers.

Having only ordered the Ipad on Friday lunchtime I was astonished and delighted to receive it mid morning on Saturday and I live in North Devon.

I must be honest, I was very nervous about placing this order as I had never heard of the company and £400 is a lot of money to risk but I decided to take the plunge and so I was very relieved when the goods arrived.

As stated in the product description, it does come with an adaptor which works OK but does not look to be of particularly high quality. I would mention, in case it helps others, as I had a charge lead that was supplied with my original Ipad Air I thought I would use that, however, the new ipad Air seemed to be taking a very long time to charge. I decided to try the new one instead and that worked much better.

At first, i wasnt sure if this website was a scam or fraud, but i still made my order with them. I ordered my iPad 7th generation on the 1st March and i received it today (3rd Mar)! I thought it would take longer as it said standard delivery takes 4-7 business days. My iPad came in good condition, and it is 100% Authentic product.

The only drawback of purchasing iPad on this website is it came with a US plug, but the company did deliver a universal adapter so its fineee.

Overall. I am beyond happy to purchase my iPad with them.

Faultless transaction from start to finish. Ordered S10 on Friday evening and it arrived via DPD on Tuesday morning. I can highly recommend Major Mobiles. The phone came in sealed package with UK adaptor. I have left no stone unturned to make sure that this is a genuine phone and it is. Rest assured you can buy from this company with confidence and the price is a no brainer. No problems with biometrics and screen protector either.

I treated myself a a new 7th generation iPad for the best possible price anywhere and it arrived very quickly - it came with the power charger in the box and also a separate travel adaptor plug which is nice to have, but I needed the uk plug to slide onto the power charger in order to charge it up at home. I emailed MajorMobiles and within hours received a very nice email from Melanie offering to refund me £6.15 so that I could buy my preferred plug! I received the refund the same day and am extremely happy with the excellent Customer Service I have received.
