Although during a very unexpected situation, the ordering of an urn was made better by the thoughtful, courteous service provided by Mainely Urns. My contact was with Meredith, and she was the one providing the excellent help in making sure the order was correct.
The ordering process was easy. The agent contacted me to confirm what the urn would look like and to verify it was what I wanted. Great service and it turned out perfect. Going through such a hard time sucks in general but having your company care enough to ensure the urn was perfect meant a lot to me. Thank you.
After reading several key points on the website I went ahead and ordered a small oak photo urn. After completing my purchase I recieved several emails from that point and still continuing to this day. (Very annoying). They are not made when ordered. The only thing made is the "name plate". I would say the quality of the wood seal was not done very well at all. The urn itself had a big sticker on the bottom that read Made in Taiwan. I think thats the give away that the urn itself was not made when the order was placed.
They were very easy to work with. Great customer service and communication through emails. The urn came Ina reasonable time, came packaged well to protect against damage, and the urn is just how we wanted! It came out beautifully!
I ordered a Size Small Brass Urn for my 16 yr old Yorkie and was very happy at how it turned out the engraving was beautiful and I appreciate all the careful packing and consideration in the shipping process.
