Horrible Customer Service

Time and time again, sales / customer service does NOT respond to emails. Sent 4 emails before anyone responded to my request.

Worst customer service of ANY company i have ever dealt with!

I am appalled by this company's customer service. They pride themselves in productions quickness and 24/7 but their customer service is not so if you place an accidental order on the weekend no one is available to assist nor do they apparently monitor or take into consideration emails sent to them within timing of order placed to get help. Also called first thing in the morning to get assistance since I understood they were closed on weekends but to receive such unhelpfulness and told it was already printed even though I chose for it to be reviewed clearly is a sign of unclear deceiving wording on their website. Be extremely cautious when ordering clearly cheap discounted prices mean cheap unfair customer service. Managers name that was unwilling to assist me other than to still pay a additional discounted price for another order was Mercedes W was unwilling to give a full last name. I would not recommend this company hopefully the owners/operations managers of this company can improve their customer service

Worst experience in wedding planning!

Worst experience ever! Beware!
I'd give 0 stars if I could! I ordered Save the Dates, Invitations and enclosures for my destination wedding for a total of 3 orders. Save the dates came without issue. The envelope liners took 3 tries to get right. Customer service was unapologetic, did not follow through with providing shipping info, and on the 3rd attempt to get it right- without promised communication once again, made a joke of the whole situation. The invitations, rsvp cards and info cards all came with bent corners, and creases- None of which were from shopping because they did come in a box. Colors were slightly off from one item to the next and envelopes had ink transfer from printing the addresses. Magnet Street caused my invites to be sent to my guests late. And when I responded to the "joke email" if I received the cirrect item finally, I explained my disappointment and the outstanding problems with my items, only to never hear back again. I even stated I'd be leaving negative reviews! Clearly they don't care about their customers, just your money. And don't expect a replacement or refund or even an apology to be offered! Thankfully I ordered extras so I didn't send junky invites out for an island wedding. Heed the bad reviews and go elsewhere...

Save your money

MagnetStreet prides it self on being 100% satisfaction guarantee but beware, it's only if THEY'RE satisfied. I was unhappy with my invitations. The font was super small and the proof did not match the actual print (color and portion wise). Why use their proof system, if your invite is not going to come out as shown? I was told that I would have to pay for a reprint because their quality management thought it looked fine. They don't care that the customer is unhappy with a product, because they think it's "acceptable" on their end. Not how a small business should run!

Customer service needs to work on their communication too. I wasn't able to get help and called 3 times (was hung up on twice) and they don't respond to emails but when I actually got patched to a customer service rep, they saw my email in the system.

I received my calendars and they looked different than the proof I approved. Customer service agreed with me that they shouldn't look like this. Click on the 2nd image and you'll see the border. If I want them fixed I need to pay a fee to have them redo the art work and pay another shipping fee. They refused to refund me so I had no choice but to pay $80 more dollars. Certainly not the 100% satisfaction guarentee they boost about on their website or message while waiting for someone to pick up. I won't ever use them again. 1st pic is the proof and 2nd how they came out.
