I took a small package worth 3600/- on 10th of Oct 2022 to sell my property in Hyderabad. The next hour a dirty fellow from MB called me and insisted to take titanium plus which will cost around *******/- and this package i took is waste and there will be no responses from buyers he told. Believing him i upgraded by paying nearly *******/-. Today is 19 th Oct and i got 6 responses. ALL THE RESPONSES I GOT ARE FAKE AND firmly i believe that Magic bricks only does this fake responses and all numbers of these responses will be switched off. Also for the package of ******* /- only 5 responses are free! All fake responses.The photo shoot of the peoperty was also done after so many days after so much insisting them.

These people are cheaters and they dont know the terms like "Honesty", "Dedication" "Commitment". They tell lies all the time.

BEWAREEEE OF THIS FRAUDSTERS. Dont take even small packages that cost 3k also... Go for 99 acres or Housing. I feel very depressed for loosing *******/-. Dont buy anything in MB! If even 1 person abstain from buying by reading my review I will be happy... I want to give negative rating but not possible. Avoid MB or get cheated by these fraudsters!

It gives fake leads, wasting time and money. And even after taking a 6 month package, it keeps on asking for taking a new package.

Worst place for lead generation. Worst customer support. They will eat your money and will provide you no lead.

Very bad service, they called many times initially for getting money, after payment no response, not even attending calls

Magic bricks is not gud app. Property koi v show nhi. Hoti... Jb refund k liya bola bilte aap ne use kr liya. Mujhe mera refund nhi mila. Pls don't waste time and money.

I signed up with Magicbricks on the 21st of July. I was on a call with one of the associates (if only I remember his name), who misguided me into getting a paid membership in regards to selling my property. I have multiple plots for sale and when he was trying to sell me a 25k package to list my plot on Magicbricks. I told him since I am trying to see how this paid service works for me, I would like to go for the paid titanium package that include a content writer as well. After a few days my property was live and believe it or not, I haven't received one lead from them! NOT 1 LEAD! So after a month of subscribing, I decided to give them a ring to find out why. The associate on the phone tells me that I have wrongly listed my property to which I said that I wasn't me but it was one of your own colleagues who created the listing for me along with a content writer. I had specifically mentioned to him that I have 'farm land' and he has listed my property under 'residential plots'. I then asked for a change in the listing to which apparently it cannot be done. I then asked him for a few leads of people who are looking for property in the same area and he says that Magicbricks doesn't have that data. That's a real shame Magicbricks. I also requested for my money to be refunded but after a few calls to them they finally helped me with a support email to which I have sent screenshots of the payment email from that first associate who was trying his luck in scamming me more than what I already have got scammed for. After putting my efforts in drafting that email with screenshots as proof (as suggested by one of the associates) I got an auto replied email. I mean is this how your support team works? I am writing up on social media after being fed up constantly asking Magicbricks for my refund! I feel this was a waste of my time and money so far. Also your competitor 99acres got my number from your website, posted a free ad of my property and I have at least 15 and more leads from them!

I don't want your services because you have taken my money for absolutely nothing! I would like my money back!

While taking the service I was informed that I should buy "Till you Sell new" service as it is the best service.

Assuming this is the top package with all the services. But after taking the service I found that each and every smallest service is separate and many services are not included and only'customer contact me' is the service included in the package. Others included are useless services. 1a) I cannot connect with customers. I need to buy credits separately what kind of foolish system is it? 1b) I receive mails that "1 New requirement for Commercial Office Space on Rent/Lease in Andheri| Send Proposal Now" but when I click and try to submit a proposal to the close matching requirement as per me, it rejects that not matching my property so I cannot submit. If MagicBricks system is smart enough to find whether it is matching or not then why at first place it is showing me the recommendation just wasting my time. 1c) I am now advised to buy some other package and pay the difference of 7500/- more for getting the credits. And it is suggested that this is the best package for my property. How are you people making fools of the customer? 1d) I have not received even a single end user call for property requirements, whereas I was informed that there are 100s of buyers looking for my property type, very strange? All 100 vanished the very same time when I purchased the package? Infact I am receiving more calls from magic bricks people for useless reasons. For eg I received the call from MagicBricks(5 days after package pruchase) saying that "your property has gone in the back and potential customers are not able to contact you" this means even after buying the package my property is not properly visible to their own people. Again fooled me.
I would request everyone to share all these reviews with your friends to atleast they are not fooled by them.
