From Automatic Number Registered With Magic Bricks... First It will Be Computarised Call Later Will Be Threat Call... *******155

Recently, I was trying to find a rental home and found a few leads from the MagicBricks platform. One of the owners contacted me and shared the flat details and also he took my ID card for verification. Later started blackmailing me to give him money otherwise he will use my ID card for fraud purposes.

The same I reported to magicBricks.This platform simply says that " they have only verified owners/builders and Advertisers". But, in reality, these platform is the worst and most of them are frauds.

Based on my complaint, they respond as below. They want users ( us) to report the fraud and they will block it. This is non sense. They have to spend time validating all these ADs /owners etc. Not us.I will stop using this platform.

I have booked for relocation today and opted for premium packing and it's a worse/frustrating experience... Labours from Packers and movers have transported all items (including mattress, cots, sofa etc.,) without any basic wrapping while it's supposed to be bubble wrap. The driver/head Kuldeep (Haven't seen such an idiot like this) is very annoying and demands money for every single item though it's already mentioned in the list of items to be moved. Not just about money, his attitude is totally different. Doesn't want to work, very bad attitude. He is utter useless, greedy and No.1 fraud... The main vendor is Nandi packers and movers which is owned by Narender and he is another master piece... Thinking of ways to loot money than achieving the assigned task... Magic bricks has its share too. Till I made payment, they followed up and once that's done, no message/call from them to at least share my concern. MB assigned useless movement manager, Narasimha Murty and Sonu, Sales person... But they haven't picked any call from me... Whom should I reach out to when Kuldeep is not ready to load the luggage without money? Such frustrating experience... Please don't choose Magic bricks. Worse day of my life... Every second has been annoying... Would you even believe that our packers started packing the luggage at 12.30 PM (supposed to come by 11.30 AM) and completed the packing at 5.30PM. They took 2 hours lunch break and their speed of packing is pathetic. Snail is much faster than them. There's more to my frustration. They started at the destination at 5.30PM and reached the destination at 8.30PM (3 hrs for 5kms). God knows there all they roamed. By the time they reached, security didn't allow the vehicle because 6PM is final time for any move in. What should we do other than requesting/begging our association and after several requests, they allowed the vehicle to shift basic items only and the time was already 10PM (Thanks to them. They kept their office calls aside from 8.30PM and addressed our issue post discussion with other association members). We were waiting outside for 2+ hours because of all these useless vendors, Magic bricks. Most depressing part is, obviously, after loading basic items (again till 11.30PM), they left and said to pay additional 5K on top of 8.7K (6500 charges + 1500 insurance + 700 labour by kuldeep) inorder to load the luggage next day! What could we do? Next day morning, they came BUT didn't load the luggage till they receive call from MB. But Magic bricks (MB) didn't pick a single call from me... After several trials (more than 100+ calls), we were lucky enough to connect to MB agent and he negotiated for 1.5K, not 5K. Our total expenses came to 10K for just 5Kms proximity. Why talk about our situation? Where should we sleep in the night? With a kid and elder at home, imagine our state of mind! These people did all drama JUST to loot money... No concern on customer at all. JUST money! Don't fall for their follow up (before booking) and words. It's not trust worthy. You will end up loosing your peace of mind... I have written such big comment to enlighten others because the stress that we faced can't really be expressed. I don't write reviews at all but I invested so much time to do this because I don't want others to be in my situation and only we know how helpless we were..

Given paid Add for renting my 2BK flat for a remote place in Kolkata. Within 2/3 minutes of posting, got call from outside West Bengal as he is interested I said ok. He requested to send whatssapp photos. But photos already uploaded. I did not agree, then he became annoyed and started makeing comments. Since then about 2months passed I did not get any single call from local Kolkata persons who can be really interested. All I am getting calls from J&K, Delhi, Ghajiabad, Gujrat, and such places all say they are defence / army / CISF person will be posted at Kolkata. Very strange that they are showing interested to such remote Nonrth 24Parganas flat. These are fake and cheating by Magic Bricks. I called up Magic Bricks, they formed that they are knowing such incidents and takin action. But no change in coming calls. I AM BIG LOSER IN GIVING AD IN MAGIC BRICKS. Have lost my sleep forget about getting tenant. Such FRAUD AND FAKE CALLS I GET IN LATE NIGHT, EARLY MORNING WITH ABUSIVE LANGUAGES IS VERY DISTURBING. THE COMPANY SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY WITH INTEREST AND COMPENSATION FOR TRAUMA I AM GOING THROUGH. AND TO STOP GETTING SUCH CALLS. DETAILS OF WHICH IS PROVIDED BY MAGICBRICKS TO THE CALLERS.

I have taken Titanium service for my property on 23rd November. This listing is valied for 6 months.

I am very unhappy with the service provided my magicbricks. It is more than a month now and still my listing is not completed. You can imagine one month already gone out of 6 months and my listing is still not complete.

They promised a lot of things before I paid the MONEY. I was told before taking the service that a executive will be assigned for my property and he will take care in filling up all the details about my property including photoshoot, content writing etc.

On the contary after I have taken the service and paid the money, the sales guy stopped picking up my phone. I had to contnuously call their customer care for 2 weeks to get photoshoot done. Even the photoshoot is not done properly.The photographer said they just take photos of interior of the villa, the exterior view and amenities are not included. When I complained to support, first they refused to upload exterior view of villa but later after escalation agreed and send me photos of the exterior. It is more than 2 weeks now, I am still awaiting to get my photos uploaded.

The content writing is not complete as of this date. I was told it will be completed in 2 days:)

I feel totally cheated by magicbricks, they are just sitting on my money and doing nothing.

Their service is total CRAP, I am even getting better response from the other property websites where I have free listing. I have been cheated for money in the name of this crappy service

There is total negligence from magicbricks in providing the service after they have customers money. They just want to eat customers money and sit back.
