Magic bricks is a website I would not recommend for anyone wanting to buy/sell/rent a property. Their paid or free service is bad and the clients they recommend are either agents or people randomly picked without any interest in the property. Most of the phone numbers they provide are either switched off or non-existent.
In my 3 month subscription, I got only 2 serious clients. Basically, it's a waste of money to buy their services.

MB told that they have started a new Titanium Pro Service that included Relationship Manager to support the sale of my apartment for one month. It ahs already been 15 days since I paid for this service and no one has got in touch with me. They appear to be a fraud company.

They just take money for advertising your property, after taking money the do nothing,
Your property is not visible to others.
No way to communicate authorities of magic bricks for complain.

Don't pay them

Magicbricks cheats their customers after making them pay for titanium package. They say that the price is too much and hence deactivate the ad. Terrible customer service. Takes atleast 4 to 5 days for one response. Don't waste your money.

I had never thought that a popular site like magicbricks is full of scammers and fraudsters.I was searching for verified PGs in Mumbai and listed down few options.Upon contacting the PGs,all would ask for id proof, deposit amount for preparing visiting id.They would not share the location of the PG or would deny meeting in person.Once the payment was done they stopped picking calls.When I did some more reading on the internet about magicbricks,came across that this scam is already there and called as 'Gate Pass Scam'.I'm writing this review to make others beware to not send money as scammers have flooded the website with fake information.

My experience with Magic Bricks was an absolute nightmare. I paid 6k for their so-called relaxation services with high hopes of finding new tenant for my home, only to be met with disappointment, frustration, and a sense of being cheated. The customer support was abysmal, with slow response times and a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. The information provided about properties was misleading and inaccurate, leading to wasted time and false expectations. What was even more disheartening was the discovery that some listings were deceitful, as properties were already sold or unavailable. Magic Bricks' actions were a betrayal of trust, and I strongly advise against using their services. They have shown a complete disregard for customers and ethical business practices.

They pestered with 100 calls until I purchased the pro package paying more than 1200rs, and promised me a relationship manager within 24hours who will help find a property and also send videos of upto 3 properties after visiting the house. Guess what? It's now more than 192 hours 8 days now, and NO relationship manager has been assigned or any help finding property has been provided. Only my money has been taken. Tell me if this isn't robbery or not? White collared thieves!

They have taken money Rs 899/- from me so that I can view contacts, but even after repeated requests that I am unable to view contacts, they have not responded, when I asked for refund, they said they cannot hear me...and they said that I have used up my contacts...which is completely untrue...MAGICBRICKS is a complete fraud site...>PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT

The company itself is a big fraud. From top to bottom everyone working there is a fraud. Recently about one month ago I had purchased their premium titanium package. After I purchased I asked them why is it not showing on my app then they told me due to some server issues it will be updated later on my app so they suggested me to use their portal which I did. After some days I asked them y is it still showing that you haven't bought any package on my app. They replied the same thing bcoz of server issue. Yesterday I found out that the ad which was showing on the portal has also been removed. When I tried calling them they were not accepting my calls. So, my suggestion to all those who are using this app. Kindly don't use your hard earned money on this fraudulent organization. It's a shame to have this kind of a company working in our country... pathetic experience

Was looking for a flat to rent on magic brick but couldn't Find it then I got a call from there representative ask to be prime customer after paying some amount, I did made the payment and after they didn't respond to my message or call. They just cheated for the prime member ship and money bit did not helped me to find a flat.

Magicbricks is a fraud company. I had listed my property with them. With their sweet and flowery words they made me purchase their Gold Pro account. The executive told me that she will be available on whatsapp and call anytime I wanted. After purchasing the account she vanished in thin air. After multiple calls went unanswered. I made a complaint the next day itself that I want a refund. I have been calling them practically every day and they give me wierd excuses everyday. This company is totally dedicated to duping their customers.

Do not take their subscription. This platform is not useful for individuals who are looking for properties direct from owners, not from any agent.
Rather you can take no broker's paid services.
Their RM managers and the person who contacts you and tries to convenience you to take paid services and you will get a flat, are of no help.
I would rate 0.

Kindly save your money, do not use their paid service.

Had taken a rent agreement, didn't hear any thing from them, ate my 500₹.
Best is the customer care looks unaware.
Take only free service from them, don't pay any thing to these b**t**ds.
I don't know why celebrity like Ayushman khurana associated with them. I saw him then only choose MB over No broker.
No broker is far far better than them for dealing.

Stay away from them, they are our there to grab your money. I lost Rs. 3500 to them. No services were offered but, I did get many calls from them asking me to purchase more services for Rs. 10,000 or more. When I asked them to return the money they charged, the rep hung up on me. All efforts to contact them were wasted.
Enough said, you are warned, stay clear...

Do not buy anything from magicbricks they are frauds I purchased 15 owners contact package but they shared contacts of already rented out property and when asked for refund they refused saying that you have utilized their package they are looters, theives and frauds. Don't be in their traps and water your money.

Worst experience of any app I've ever used. They called for their premium subscription, which we took, which was the biggest mistake. Each and every property we contacted was fake, either with the wrong contact number or not working or unfair pricing and housing details. Brokers were also asking for 3k just to visit the property even with a premium subscription, we raised this issue and asked for a refund which they denied. I would never recommend not just using but even downloading this app.
