Mad Muscles is a SCAM! Unauthorized charges & NO refund! I signed up for Mad Muscles on December 29,2023, thinking it was a trial or a one-month subscription, and paid £18.23. However, on March 14,2024, they charged me £47.99 for an unwanted 3-month subscription—without any prior notice! I only used the app for ONE DAY and realized it was not worth it, so I stopped using it. Despite this: No renewal warning or notification! Customer support refused to refund me! PayPal dispute was denied! This is misleading subscription tactics and unfair charges! If you've had a similar experience, let's expose them together! What you describe indicates that the information about automatic renewal and its cost may not have been received in the way we expected, and this has caused a serious misunderstanding and disappointment. We are deeply sorry that you have had such a negative experience.
