Hello, I'm 61 yrs of age. The Mad Muscle app is a rip off, a joke, they stole my money and refused to refund my loss. They're not senior citizen proof, because a person can be 100yrs old, they don't care. They don't have any system in place to protect disabled people. They set us up for failure and they take advantage of people who don't understand their app. They give no medical advice. They just take people's money without repercussions.
When someone makes a mistake while applying on joining and when they attempt to get to their plan, it's not promising especially when the plan doesn't populate after downloading. Me being confused and thinking that I'm being scammed I immediately withdrew to cancel my subscription and request for a full refund.
I was immediately turned down by their billing department due to their bogus misleading refund return policy.
I followed their instructions on number one couldn't follow instructions number two, because my personalized workout plan wouldn't open, I didn't have access, then I got spooked on being scammed. Now they want me to continue with their Mad Muscle app for three additional months absolutely for free no other charges will ever appear. They will be very excited to see me stay with them.
I told them their company is a rip off scam. You took my money and slammed the door in my face after I requested cancellation of the account. All I wanted from you was my money back, nothing else, why would I continue with this product when it's not guaranteed refundable, when you guys don't honor cancellation rights for the customers.

Really not impressed with mad muscle. I purchased their 4 week special and they also charged me for a coaching program as well. I immediately contacted them within a few minutes and they have refused to refund me. I would stay away from the company as they are only interested in your cash.
