I loved my MWL dress! I honestly fell in love with so many of MWL's dresses at my local boutique, but I ended up chosing 'Harlie' for my destination wedding in Negril, Jamaica. I loved the dress because it was light enough for the humidty in Jamaica, but was still so elegant and had great detail and design. I am also not a sparkly girl, but this dress provided just enough sparkle with the iridescent sequins within the lace. The other great thing abut this dress is that it travels easy. I got a folding, hanging carry-on bag to take with me to Jamaica. Even though the dress was folded for over 20 hours (due to layover) the dress didn't wrinkle or require any steaming once I arrived in Jamaica! The dress was flawless.

I was recently married wearing the stunning Sasha dress and Chani veil. Our wedding ceremony was international, travelling with the Sasha dress was super easy. It didn't crease and certainly didn't require much attention on the other end which is a credit to the quality material.

Our wedding day was full of drama, with a hurricane making landfall on the day of our ceremony. When I finally got my gorgeous MWL dress on everything just felt so right. So thankful to have been able to marry the love of my life in such a beautiful dress!

Took me over 6 emails to try and schedule an appointment due to MWL system only opening 12 months before, their store manager refused to book me in unless I emailed back a year before my wedding. Their T&Cs further state that the dresses take 10- 12 months to make so I can only assume this is to pressure brides to purchase at the appointment. MWLs dresses are made in Bali cheaply, don't waste your money on these gowns. You will be able to get something made with more care and finesse for the same money.

I am a professional dressmaker who was asked to alter the Billie dress for a friends daughter. It was so tight that I let it out by 8cm which was the limit of the seam allowance and removing the zipper and putting it back in. It was still quite tight but could not be let out any further. She had no time to reorder the dress so had to wear it as is. The girl is a size 8 and said her measurements were taken before the dress was made for her. It was made in China out if very poor quality crepe that was meant to be high quality french crepe. Im appalled at the price that was paid for a dress that would have cost the company less than $200 in total to have made in China and shipped to Australia. I attempted to leave a review on instagram and was immediately blocked and there is no was to leave a review on their facebook page. Do not be taken in by the images. Its total rubbish!

I would never ever recommend this company based on its customer service and support. I ordered a dress that was wrongly described and they sent me a new dress but the wrong size! Natalie Bond refused to even discuss the issue and dismissed me when I asked for advice about alterations because I felt bad even asking for an exchange. How do you take thousands of dollars for a dress and do not ensure your customer is satisfied especially when its not the consumers fault. So disappointed.
