My order had 3 packages in total, and only two were delivered. Made in China closed my order without assisting me in obtaining the final package I needed.
The seller has not responded to my request for help in finding the package that they stated was shipped to me. I have no idea of how to contact the shipping company since the seller was in charge of the shipment. I have no idea how to get this situation resolved, and get my 3rd package that I have paid for, and need.
Disappointed - there are not enough process options - or support - from Made In China. And everything would seem it is more beneficial to the seller than the buyer.
My item hadn't arrived and as there was inactivity in the delivery process, MIC closed the item and paid the seller. Item still hasn't arrived.
There should be more options available to extend the process until the items is officially delivered - OR NOT.

My sales guy Parker was very helpful and efficient from the start of our communications. Order was delivered on time and as requested the quality was the same as we discussed/ very please and will buy again.

We sent a drawn to scale sketch of our background with specific measurements of 1.6cm. The supplier went against this and made the squares 1.2cm. We also repeatedly asked the supplier to make our boxes 11cm tall and she she went against this and made them smaller (10.5cm) and now the boxes don't fit our products. The supplier has refused to let us send it back. Has refused a re-make and has refused a refund. They called us names like unprofessional all because we wants things done specifically. They had cut communication and we are left with defective goods that we cannot use. The shipping was beyond late. I believed it took!
The company also tried tricking us into paying for boxes we did not enquire about. Their response was that it was only for the payment however as a business we need accurate records and account so we asked them to change it to the boxes that we had enquired about. It took 4 times of me asking for them to change it.

I ordered a press for a job. I paid for it. Got regular updates on shipping. It arrived before the promised date. It was her in less than 10 days.
Made-in-china allows fraudulent companies to defraud customers. An example is the company Ganzhou Canyee Ecommerce Co Ltd. It reportedly had a plant area of 300 sq meters, a MFG designation of ISO9000, a customer rating of 4.1, a staff of 30, and had been in business since 2019, It had a contact of Wang Fei, Chief Executive Officer, Ganzhou Canyee Ecommerce Co., Ltd.,wangfei at canyeeinc.com, gordon atcanyeeinc.com, their 'company' webiste was (it is now down) https canyeegroup.en.made-in-china.com
It had a company page on made-in-china.com. All of that was FALSE. It was It was a fraudulent company, and it existed on Made-In-China.com. They defrauded me out of $4000. The company is ghosted now. Cannot access supplier website, and the emails no longer exist.
Made-in-China.com does not vette them. They allow all fraudsters to create a front to take your money. There is no barrier to entry or reprecussions. Shame on Made-in-China. Their reputation preceeds them, and it is to be found in the gutter.

Please be assured that when this supplier joined our platform, all documents provided during the membership verification process were legally valid and authentic. However, in July of this year, our system detected that the supplier failed to disclose their annual report to the business administration bureau, which led us to suspend their account immediately.

Why choosing post office of Netherland for a cost of 21.67 USD as carrier? The result is near 3 months after my order, the parcel is not delivered. According to your document it is considered as delivered but the post office of Bacolod told me yesterday the parcel is still in Manila and it will need 2 to 3 weeks more. For your information, I order very often in China through platforms like Shopee or Lazada and the time for delivery is generally 7 to 10 days, sometimes faster. And the cost for the same type of items is around 60 PHP with Shopee for example. So no, I'm not satisfied of Made-in-China and I will probably not order anymore with your company. Sorry, regards.

All is good except delivery that takes 3 months to come in France.
