Ordered 300 bottles of a product. 240 bottles were labeled incorrectly. Not only misspellings, but some of the labels were even upside down. Labels were crooked on the bottle. All 240 bottles unusable. Now fighting to get my money back because they're refusing to refund my money. Even after sending a lot of pictures to prove it.
Customer service really sucks. I will never in my life shop on this app again I was scammed and you did nothing to get my money back. You allowed me to get scammed. It's been over a month and I have close to two months since I placed this order didn't even get my order shipped to me and you refusing to get my money back. You're just gonna sit here and let this guy scam people. I will be reporting this app and suing.

I understand why many of the salesman ask me for my WhatsApp number, because the notifications from your app doesn't work properly, I have to get in the app in order to see if someone has answered me and the other thing is that many of the conversations that I already have with someone else's men doesn't come to the chat session they stay In the consultations it's so confusing.
Also check how hard it's to go to the bottom of this window when it's full of letters it's so bad quality your web development.

Kayla was amazing and so patient with my questions. I got a sample done and will follow up next month for the final copies to be printed.
The supplier was easily available to chat with answering all my questions and even helping me source other products not in their usual catalog. They were accommodating with my sample ordering and once all samples were approved, the order process was so fast! This supplier also had a smaller MOQ requirement thus, it is easy for Medium-scale business like ours to find china-based suppliers with smaller MOQs.
My supplier was very professional and it was easy to pay online. Packages arrived on time and in good shape. Overall, a good experience.
