I bought a KIA long block for a great price. I was a bit skeptical at first since I'd never heard of the made in China app before, but everything turned out great. It took a while since they had to make the engine and I chose shipping by sea. The seller was great with communication through Whatsapp and the engine looks to be of high quality.
Very good to deal with, requested extra length for electrical hanging cords, accommodated by Litfad at no extra charge. Order arrived very quick. Pleased with the quality.

My experience with Made in China couldn't be worse. The package has not arrived yet and is long delayed. I paid $120 shipping for a small package and I feel ripped off.
The seller has not given me any solution or any type of compensation. The truth is that the disappointment is total. I will not use the platform again. It arrives much sooner on AliExpress than here and on top of that if you add the high shipping costs it is more expensive.
I would like to report the seller but I don't know how to do it.

My experience with sales and customer care during the inquiry and purchase was very good. The product arrived on time. I opted to pick up from the shipping warehouse in Vancouver, and was disappointed that they could not load into my vehicle. Lucky the box was small and I am strong. Opening the shipping box later, I discovered some paint damage on the product because the small metal parts were not protected with bubble wrap. Also, the product requires some assembly, and there are no instructions. It looks like I am required to wire the electric motor to the controller myself, and must provide a North American compatible power cable and plug. This step would have been much easier at the factory, and is an unusual expense for a new product, and requires knowledge and expertise. I have not assembled or tested the product yet.

Is a no good company buyers be aware they take payment by Visa debit then tell you. You need to send it thru a bank transfer after receiving full payment from Visa debit account. They give you an excuse about bull$#*! platform and say its high risk give a run around for no reason why take payment if you can't deliver. Scammers and Liars, fraud

I asked all producers of solar panels for anti glare panels.
Unfortunately there was one producer that sent me anti glare panels that did not reach his test results. So the test result that he sent was faked.
That is very disappointing for the swiss market where my customers have very high standards.

I've worked with this company on one design so far. They were responsive, they were fast and they gave me what I asked for. 10/10 by that standard. The ink was a kind of glossy form of plastisol which I wasn't a big fan of but they said they could do water based ink next time. Another perk is how affordable it was. I was able to turn a profit while only selling a portion of my inventory.
