Good day, the payment of this product was made on novemeber 19th, supposedly the ETA would be around 31st December, my order is one month delayed and also the system automatically confirm a receipt around January 20.
I´m really worried that my product might not arrive. How can I ask for my money reimbursement or how could I file a claim?

It was over a month to get the product. Had to get in touch at least 3 times.
This is one of the best things I have found to help me with my small business. The prices are amazing, and it cuts out a middleman I would typically have to use since I'm in the USA. The customer service is terrific, and I have never had a negative experience.
