I enjoy buying the muscle ice from this company, and the product is very helpful with my pain! For I have arthritis and chronic pain in my right knee and my left arm.

What i order works for me. The order takes a while by mail. I wish it would be faster but it is not. I order enough to carry me through the mailing process.

The product I was looking for was priced very reasonably. The shipping also is priced low. Most of all I like that it was priced CAD. I'm sure I will be ordering again.

Overall it's OK! Very special products and very good price. The only inconvenience is the distance from Brazil, and we have to wait for two to three weeks to have the products in our hands.

Products are great, but site is slow and hard to navigate. They need to offer coupons for customers. They do offer discounts, but I want actual coupons ON the site.

The web site runs very slow and it does not show the price until you put it in your cart, than if you do not want it you have to remove it and find were you were again. Very frustrating!
