I have been using this web to order vitamins for my family. Good price and easy to reorder, but not happy need to fill out the survey and info before get my order complete.
I love this site and enjoy looking at the great products, BUT the shipping to Canada is a bit pricey and takes FOREVER. I ordered the LeanerCreamer on December 3rd and still do not have it! Very frustrating, I have to say... which is why I didn't rate it a five stars.
You do an excellent job. You have nearly all of the supplements I want. My orders have always been on time and were what I ordered. I have recommended this site to many people.
So many different products, many choices. I am hoping that my order comes with no issues. I just read others reviews and it seems there are problems with coupons and late or no deliveries.

2 times in a row, I have ordered products on sales that were clearly in stock. I paid via Paypal and was waiting for my products and the shipment notification which never came. No sound, no image. I inquire, and I was told that the products were not in stock, however if I place a new order for the same item at full price, it's in stock! And I can clearly see that I can order the same item. I told them that I immediately need my money back. Their response is that is has to be approved which can take up to 2 weeks.
Thank god, I paid via Paypal; I submited a dispute and Paypal refunded me that same day.
I have paid also using some gift cards; but when they refund you, they will never refund you the gift cards amounts and their supervisor Geo told me that this is the way they do business when I tried to have the gift cards refunded.
So if you want to be ripped off, and to deal with the worst crooks that you can find, then purchase from them. I was a customer for many years but this was an eye opener. Buyer beware!
Everything I have ordered in the past has been delivered on time and at a very reasonable price. My Dr. keeps asking me what I'm doing? He had diagnosed me PRE DIABETIC so I did some research & learned about berberine, I then did some shopping around & found that LuckyVitamins had the lowest prices so here I am ordering once again & I will continue to do so in the future.
Good prices on discounts and clearance. Shopping was kind of slow to get through each product. Had things I couldn't get other places for the price. I will be back to get these items.

Shipping rates were rather high. I do wish that Lucky Vitamin would offer free shipping or a more discounted shipping like flat rate shipping to Hawaii.
