Lucky Vitamin

I placed an order in March 2016 to be shipped to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It arrived at the Post Office requesting an additional (large) charge. When I emailed Lucky Vitamin they stated "no problem" just refuse it and have it sent back and they would issue a refund. I emailed after a time and they stated that they haven't received it. I checked with Canada Post and they had shipped it back on Mar. 21/16 and that it had been received at Lucky Vitamin's corporate warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario and it was signed for. When I contacted Lucky Vitamin they would not issue a refund! I'VE WAITED (3) MONTHS AND NO PRODUCT NOR NO REFUND! I'm out about $100.00 cdn.(WHICH IS A LOT OF MONEY WHEN YOU ARE ON DISABILITY). BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THESE SHYSTERS

Could not enter my Thai address Customer support corrected it and cancelled the order that would have gone to the j correct address and placed the order with a corrected address.

I am confident of great products that I don't have to go to a store to find. Excited to have my order delivered - free shipping with a low dollar amount order.

I found Lucky Vitamins very recently, searching for a collagen supplement and was positively impressed by the quick and easy way to order and to receive my order - I already made a new order this week for more products and I'm sure this will be my favorite site for ordering all the supplements I love, thank you for having so many options on great supplements and for making it so easy and quick to order and receive them - even living in Europe

I have been ordering from this company for years. When I went on vacation to Los Angeles this summer, I placed a substantial order to be sent to my hotel. Lucky Vitamin held my order because of the change in the shipping address, but did not notify me.

When I inquired, I asked them to express ship my order at their cost because of their failure to notify me. Remember, I was a consistent customer, spending over $1,000 a year with them! They refused and were rude. Apparently, my money is not good enough for them and they, like THRIVE MARKET, don't give a hoot about losing revenue.

I tried to contact their parent company, GNC and was disconnected one time, promised a callback two times, and never heard from anyone. I am no longer paying their salaries by making purchases from Lucky Vitamin.

When these small companies become successful, they are sold to horrible corporations: Lucky Vitamin=GNC, Jet.com=Walmart, Vitacost=Kroger... and, of course, Amazon just bought Whole Foods.

Small businesses used to be the "backbone" of American Business. No more! This is very, very dangerous and very sad!

My go to for health and wellness items. Great customer service, great selection and great prices! I've been a customer for over 10 years.
