Going Down Hill. I ordered in the past and always received my order in time. I placed an order and the shipping address was for Nashville TN where I never lived at. Package resent FED EX and it was signed off by someone that is not affiliated with anybody where I live in my apartment complex. I WILL NEVER USE LUCKY VITAMIN!
I've been a customer for at least 10 years and have had a good customer experience the entire time. My only complaint is that the company makes no effort to reduce the massive amount of waste produced by product delivery. I've requested the following many times:
- Provide the customer with an option of receiving everything in a single shipment when some items are back ordered. This would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs. Jet.com offers this option AND passes the shipping savings onto their customers!
- Provide the customer with an option of not using cold packs. As an adult I think I'm capable of making the decision to have items shipped without the use of cold packs, at my own risk. Again, this would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs by drastically reducing the weight of the shipment.
- I've also asked that shipments be sent with no promotional materials. Again, my requests have been ignored.
If it weren't for these items I would give LuckyVitamin a five star rating.
Waiting almost a month. Only got part order. Unhappy. Won't be back because really unhappy. Take your money and you don't get your entire order. I'm still waiting for 80% of my items.
Returning customer for low prices and quality products I actually want. I am continuing to type as this requires me to type no less than 100 characters, but I stick by my story!
No surprises with this order. Had what I wanted at a reasonable price, placed the order and it arrived in a timely manner. Will order same product again from this source. Happy ending!
Placing my order was easy. The order came on schedule which was really fast. The items I ordered where as described and much cheaper than when I have purchased them in local stores.
Everything went great. Fast shipping. Easy enough to put together. Works well. 4 Stars because the belt did slide to one side, but it is easy to fix as per the instruction manual.
