Lucky's pricing even with shipping is very competitive. Very user friendly site that easy to order from. Have not received my order yet so can't give it a 5 rating until I do.

Say very complicated site unpredictable. Offers percentage off and then when you try to apply it never takes it. It keeps record of all your accounts without permission to keep it does not give an option as to whether we want to leave our account for them to keep it.

I'm overall very happy with Luckly Vitamin. They have a great selection of US products which I can now get here in the UK for a reasonable price. Customer service is very good as when Lucky vitamin overcharged me they did refund me with a gift card.

Will continue to use and tell people about.

I love the protein drinks as they are high in protein, low in sugar, diary free. I use them as a replacement meal for breakfast many mornings when I'm on the go. I like having the automatic delivery

I was attracted to the free shipping info, however since I was charged 5.95 shipping I felt like it was bait and switch. The only reason I went ahead with the order is because I'm just about out of the products I ordered.

Haven't used Lucky until now. I like the auto-ship discount, with an email reminder that can be edited before it ships out. Hopefully, all my vits arrive in good shape with a healthy expiration date.

I prefer their essential oils, they are an awesome price and always leave my house smelling great! I have made 2 purchases here and I have been happy with both experiences. I would recomend luckyvitamin to a friend.

It was all good until you charged me $10 extra for supposed free shipping to Hawaii! Especially when you are trying to qualify for free shipping with additional purchases.

Have been a long time customer. Have always found LuckyVitamin to be an excellent place to shop. Excellent selection and prices. Occasionally they have back orders but shipping time is not too long.

A swift ordering and delivery. Found everything I needed and more, so a great range of products available.

Great price quick service. My wife has Alzheimer's disease and I am able to order herbs that have helped slow down the disease.

I had a hard time locating some products I use to purchase at my local health food store, but that they no longer carried (I guess I like stuff not too many other people do?), or they didn't sell fast enough not to expire on them... at any rate, YOU HAD THEM! And definitely in the fresh zone! I have expanded on other items that I cannot get locally, too. Trying new stuff! Yeah!

Lucky Vitamin delivers a great product for a competitive price. My only issue with Lucky Vitamin is that their website is sometimes so sluggish. It is unresponsive and takes a long time to navigate and place an order. Maybe it was the day, but it took a while to get the pages to react. I would have ordered more probably had it not been so slow.

I placed my first order on LuckyVitamin.com and it went well. The site was easy to navigate and most things were on sale with good prices. I should be getting the order soon so hopefully it will all come as promised. If it does, I would order from there again.
