Found on random search for foods for special medically supervised diet. Pleasantly surprised to find items I could use, especially since local stores don't carry. Accidentally found a lovely soap from India-on sale, too. Am sending back some items that I cannot use because of taste, as the return postage is less than the purchase price. Love that. Hopefully this will turn out as well as the original ordering process. Products were wrapped and boxed beautifully and delivery was prompt.

One of my fav products I tell everyone about is called Advanced Enzymes which helps digest food and my stomach pains are now resolved. I also ordered gluten free food for a friend as a holiday gift and he loved it.
My local grocer stopped carrying Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds. I was bummed and decided to order on-line. Lucky Vitamin had a competitive price, free shipping for what I was ordering, and threw in a bunch of goodies/samples for free. I feel like a valued customer. I received my order without any problems and shipping was efficient. I will probably set up automatic shipping in the future so I do not have to go without my coveted soap.

It took me almost 10 days to get my order. I was not satisfied with that.The product was fine, and I was glad to finally receive it. I would hesitate to use again because of the long shipping.
I never received updates. I had to call multiple times and was never told the same thing. It took over a month to receive the product. The product is something I have been using for years so I ordered it from old vitamin company while waiting. They shipped it and I had it with 4 days from the date of order.
I never received my package and it says it was delivered it is the 3rd day. I'm very upset and wish to have it resent to me.
