I have to admit that I am very disappointed about the timing of my last few orders with your company. I made several orders at the beginning of September and I received my orders broken into many separate deliveries and spread out over a long period. I just received notification that the last items of my order have just been dispatched 7 weeks late! I don't know if that's normal for your company but I have to say that my trust in your company to stock the products that match my needs and to deliver them on time has fallen significantly and I am not sure that I would make another order with your company.
When i ordered product i was given delivery estimate of October 8-12. When my order was shipped delivery estimate jumped to October 18. It will be 2 weeks before i get my order. I had to go to a local store and buy it at a regular price thus nullifying all my savings from ordering from lucky vitamin. Not a happy customer.
This is really good online store with all healthy supplements in a very good price too.
So I recommend it for both, available goods and good prices.

Love the membership pricing discount and free shipping minimum, get it about the same price as amazon this way but with fewer changes of hands. I like to get supplements as close to the supplier as I can.
However, I DO NOT like if an item is backordered, they add an additional pending charge for the item ON TOP of the already charged full amount of your order. Yes, you only get charged for it once eventually, but I had the pending charges tied up in my account for almost a full week. This is something that needs worked out ASAP. Either don't let orders check out with a backordered product or charge for it when the item is available, but DON'T charge it twice and then edit the amount later on.
We usually buy Echinacea for immune system and Omega 3 for heart support from this store. I'm very satisfied with the quality of these products. Thanks.
Nice selection of vegan vitamins. Trying out their autoship options, but having trouble finding if I will need to pay 2 separate shipping costs for orders that should ship concurrently but one is backordered. Guess I will find out when they ship.

Trust me. You can say how great the prices are (especially with the membership... right ;), you can say they have all of these great products that you really love but just wait. If it has not happened to you yet, just wait... Your items you rely on will be on back order and for a very long time. You may wait a couple weeks, a couple months, or longer trying to be a loyal Lucky Vitamin customer. You will go to call them to explain that you still have not received your item only to find out that THEY NO LONGER have customer support. You can chat it up with a bot in the chat box who will not give you any answers. This company is nothing of what it used to be. The membership was a waste for me because I could never order the product they ADVERTISED because it was not available and on back order. I asked for a refund due to them having chronic backorder issues on a good majority of the items I needed and they said they would not give a refund. I am also unable to remove my credit card information or cancel my account with them because their website set up does not allow. NOT GOOD! I have lost ALL trust I had for this company and will NEVER order from them again! I can get all of the same products they sell from other places that actually have what I need in stock and better customer service :) Goodbye Lucky Vitamin Headache!

I've been ordering vitamins from this site for many many years. From prenatal vitamins to children's multivitamins. I love the selection of natural foods and vitamin supplements. I love how detailed every explanation is. I will always order my vitamins from here.
I have had an issue with every order. The website is not user friendly, neither is the customer service. It took so long for me to place the order. Last time I called customer service for assistance and it was delivered to an old address of mine so it took about a month to get.
Which it was easier because you do carry some good products.

We use a particular brand of stevia and just ordered 30 boxes here. The cost per box was less than half what we usually pay at Sprouts or Kroger... ON SALE. Along with free shipping and additional discounts, you cant beat what Lucky Vitamin is doing.
