I really am a fan and am a long time customer. My only not-great comment is that your website is a little challenging to use to make a purchase. It's hard to go to a previous screen to change an item on the order, items are sometimes missing from my regimen and searching gets different results depending on how the search is entered. It surprises me because it is obvious that you do try to go the extra mile and there is so much that is great about Lucky - your selection, your prices, your service, and on and on.

I love that I could buy from all departments with an extra 15% off everything! Can't beat it! I usually buy from Vitacost but they only usually allow coupons when you buy from certain departments (like Food or Supplements). Lucky is great!
When I ordered, I picked the second most expensive delivery option, but when I was about to check out, the website had decided that I wanted the most expensive one. If I had not checked, I'd have paid three times the amount I agreed to pay. Autoship is a good deal and convenient, but there seems to be some deliberate difficulty in trimming down and cancelling particular items. It is doable, but annoying to play hide and seek in the customer GUI.
Also, the turmeric items that are dissolved in an oil base are turning out to be more effective, especially with absorption enhancers, but the powder is not very good and the oil base is a critical factor I am looking for, so please expand your description to show what the oil is where you sell softgels. Sports Research is a brand that is a little cheaper than the Euro softgel Curcuminoids you sell, and has a coconut oil base. Please spec out any related products on your site with information about the oil the material is dissolved in. The Euro product says "volatile oils" so have ordered and will hope it is a big plus!
