Pretty good place to pick up supplies for small to medium building projects. Heck I bought everything here to build a small shed.
The people at Lowe's are friendly and want to help you. They also are nice enough to issue me a discount as I am a veteran. I like the store for all the things I need. I will not go to Home Depot, these people are hard to find and they could not care who you are.
Great products here and plenty of materials for any needs that you may have.
I really like coming to Lowes, there is a huge selection of materials to choose from, and the prices are usually fair.
If you buy appliances their warranty is a piece of crap if you buy hot water heaters their warranty is crap be careful on the warranties on the hot water heaters in the appliances everything else in the stores usually higher than Home Depot all reason I stop this shop is store his convenience I try not to shop there
Oftentimes, the Home Depot or Amazon are cheaper. If I'm in a hurry I may use lowes.com to make the purchase and pick up in store. However, about half the time I do this the store doesn't actually have the item in stock.
Lazy, disorganized, disinterested personnel with the exception of the customer service desk staff. Wide spread out of stocks throughout the store on the most basic items. All this makes it hard to move construction projects forward. Bet they would be more customer-centric if they had a competitor in town. Please come to Crossville, Home Depot.
I had two men at my house to deliver some appliances that i bought from Loews.
One of the men named George was so nice, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even cleaned his shoes off before he came in my house. He had to squeeze the appliances in a small room which he did with no problem. He made me feel very comfortable. I will buy from Loews again because the delivery men are excellent! They were very careful not to scratch anything, they were GREAT! Thank you Loews!
I bought about $2,000 worth of flooring from here and I purchased it and said I would be back later in the day to pick it up with my truck when I went back nobody could find where the flooring was even when I showed them my receipt they said they only had a few boxes left. Turns out they oversold the product to another customer as well and there wasn't enough for both of us I ask to speak to a manager who said he couldn't help me except to send me to a different location where they had stock. I told him it was unacceptable and insisted I speak to somebody else. Eventually someone there found my purchased product and finally let me take it home. The whole process took over an hour
Love their order online pick up in store feature. Saves me the time of wondering around the store finding all the little items for a project I am working on. The only thing I have to do is get them to readjust my order to give me my veterans discount as that option is not available online but the customer service clerks are more than willing to make the adjustment and are always a pleasure to deal with.
I buy all my yard supplies at Lowes. The are cheaper and they work better than Walmart.
HOME DEPOT RULES! Had a bad experience with a lazy, rude, unprofessional idiot female cashier. I spent almost $1000 on supplies and the moron seemed like she hated her job. She wasn't helpful and was rude. I spoke with the manager about the ghetto acting employee but they protect one another and no apology. I NOW SHOP AT HOME DEPOT! What a difference! If you want the best customer service and someone to actually help you, go to Home Depot.
Great items. They carry pond items that are hard to find. I love shopping there for holiday items.
My overall opinion of Lowes is that they carry great products but as far as shopping online I have not had very good experiences. Every time they have a sale or closeout, I can NEVER find enough of the items to order a complete set of something the same color or same item. I had placed an order at one time for some outdoor chairs and I had to get them from a store that was in another state. After confirming and paying, I got an email that said they had cancelled my order. Not happy! I have had many issues with online purchases with Lowes. As far as shopping in the store, I have better luck.

Lowe's is very convenient for me and I can buy easily everything related to my garden.
They treat me right, and this is my store of choice in Spring (garden stuff), Summer (more garden stuff), Winter (... just stuff) and all year-round for fixer-uppers around the house.
