Most likely, cause they don't manufacture their merchandise, just slap their tags on...
Either way, if you purchase it online, and return it, make sure to check your CC statement for the refund transaction.
The customer service team will go for days, without giving you a legitimate answer to your refund inquiry, as if you are speaking Chinese, no offense.
Only after I submitted a dispute with my Amex, I received an email with some nonsense excuse, why the refund has not been issued, after two weeks of receiving the returned package.
BSing your customers from the start is not a good look for a growing business, considering the product is not that great either.

The clothing is cute but the customer service from the online store is just terrible. I previously owned a skirt from Loveculture but after it went missing I decided to order a new one. I found out later that someone in my building had stolen it from the laundry room so I tried to return the new one.
I got an email from customer service saying they wouldn't take it back. Turns out because I bought it when it was $1 cheaper, it's considered a "final sale" item. Ridiculous! So after spending $10 shipping it to them, they're charging me the re-shipment fees too. For that tiny a discount, I should've at least been offered a refund on the sale item and then to pay the difference between the regular and sale price.
I then asked customer service if I could exchange the item, but the website is unaffiliated with the store. The person I spoke to was absolutely unsympathetic and unhelpful. Very disappointed in the customer service at LoveCulture.
This is a terrible company, i don't recommend anyone to spend their money here. I was not issued a full refund for my items because I was told I was given store credit, so what does store credit have anything to do with a refund for items that I returned? The conversation that i had with the supervisor Marisa Dallez made no sense, and was the most frustrating conversation I had with any customer service person in my entire life. Stephanie from customer service was no help either. These people are not customer service oriented, and will make you so upset. Trust me don't deal with them, save your sanity!
I ordered a couple items and a few days later my items were shipped and I was informed that one of the items I purchased was out of stock. When I asked if they could just send me the same item in a larger size, they said no, it's too late.
I ordered a dress off their website. Not only was the dress a totally different color than on the website, they charged me $17 for shipping. I paid a total of $54 for the dress. When I returned it they only refunded me back $33 for the price of the dress. When i called and asked why wasn't the full amount refunded the customer service rep jasmine informed me that shipping was non-refundable. What kind of company makes you pay all that money for shipping then keeps it when you return the item(s). I expected to get back the same amount i paid for the dress. I will NEVER order anything from this website again.
I went to buy something on last sunday in love culture store ( located in stonebriar mall).
I saw good deal on clearance. It was buy 1 get 1 free. I found something for me hence I couldnt find something on it for my size I decided to buy something for my friend.

People there were so rude they said they cany do it its against their policies.
Iteied to make them undestand that. That product would be of no use. I requested to help me out. But they said No straight on my face. Which I hare so much. I wouldnt be buying anything from them now for sure
I was very skeptical purchasing from this site because I was worried everything would be shipping from China and would take 2 months and the sizes would be too small. But that wasn't the case at all! After placing an order, it only took a week to receive. And the sizing wasn't too far off (very similar to Forever 21 sizing). I will definitely be purchasing from this site again.
Love my outfit, very true to size, shipping super fast I ordered it Friday and it came the following friday and it looked exactly like the picture, it's safe to order from LOVE culture! I'm gonna be so cute whoop! Whoop!
I wish I could rate them a negative 10. I purchased a top and a dress for my daughter. First time ever in the store and did not see the TINY no return policy during this visit and the sales clerk failed to point out the policy like most stores do. After the FIRST washing of the top, it was falling apart and the dress was made with same elastic stretchy material so we figured it would do the same. We went to return them only to be informed of the no return policy. They also said since she had washed the shirt, there was no exchange or store credit. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl went away and came back and said IF we had BOTH the sales receipt AND the tag that was on the top, they could give store credit. Very fortunately, my daughter had put the tag in the bag so we had it. The girl seemed a bit shocked. They gave store credit, which by the way, EXPIRES within 90 days. We really do not want to purchase any more of their EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE clothes. But I guess once she finds something there within the next 90 days, she will buy that. Then we will NEVER go to that store again. They do not care about their customers at all. Terrible customer service. I would be surprised if they get many repeat customers.
Because of mixed reviews, I was unsure what to expect. I am happy with what came in and definitely recommend doing business with LoveCulture. The quality of the product (Coral Fringe Halter Bikini) was great and I was satisfied with the price and the speed of delivery. Would definitely shop again!
I took a chance on buying a couple of summer dresses. One of them was a little bigger than I expected, but it's not an issue at all. The material is quite nice, thicker so it isn't too see-thru... but the white one is a little see-thru. Shipping was a little slow but aside from that ordering from them was straight forward. I love the dresses.
I ordered a pair of black booties, a pair of flat gold studded short black boots, and three pairs of leggings. There was a hold up on shipping and I called to inquire. I received the items about a week late. The two pairs of boots were of exceptional quality and the three pairs of leggings were all really nice too. This is the first time I ordered which was last month.
I ordered a pair of Quay sunnies from this website, and not only did I love them, I ordered them on a Tuesday and got them on Friday! (with just standard shipping!) This website was quick to get me a confirmation and very fast to getting me my package! Will definitely be shopping here again!
I shopped in the store. First time ever, and the last. I think they train their employees to be nasty. I did not know this was a 'finial' sale store. A sign you ask, of course. In Spanish. The sales person told me after I paid. No returns! No credit. Nada. Nothing. My item was not even bagged, I hadn't touched it. I said candle my transaction. No! No returns. I'm not returning, I'm canceling. They laughed and made fun of the fact i was stuck with this merchandise. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE. EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW NOT TO SHOP THERE. So I returned almost everything (except for only 2 things) and when they got the return they didn't give me my money back, instead they give me a store credit! Something that I don't want because everything in this website is horrible!

Ordered a dress online for my bridal shower, paid to have it expedited. Paid nearly $50 for one dress. Got the dress delivered, opened the package and knew right away that the dress would be too small and also was just not what i was going for, the colors were different than online (which is to be expected). NEVER EVEN TRIED IT ON! I used the shipping label available to me, shipped package back within 3 days, and then i got an email saying that they will not be refunding me my money and that i needed to provide a shipping label for them to return the dress to me...
Umm what?!?! I contacted them asking why my refund couldn't be processed and they said that the dress had stains on the inside and that they can only accept a return if its in resale condition and that this dress was trash. I completely understand that items need to be in good, resale condition when returned, and if i had actually created the stains i wouldn't have any issues because it would have been my fault, but since i never even tried on the dress, i am extremely upset that the company refuses to rectify the situation in some way. I emailed them and told them that i never even tried the dress on, the tags were still attached, i mailed back in original packaging and receipt... the extremely rude woman, who acted like she was trying to be a "hero" said she would forward things to "upper management." Well, upper management didnt do anything. They said the exact same thing. I complained saying that the company wouldn't even send me pictures of these so called "stains." After a lot of arguing they agreed to give me store credit...
Really? You think i will be doing business with your company ever again?!?!?! Yeah right! That has got to be a joke!
