I bought 4 dresses online and returned 3. My credit card was only credited back for 1 dress. When I contacted customer service they stated "only one dress was in the return package." Ridiculous... i placed all 3 dresses in one small package there is no way the others could have been overlooked. I believe this is a scam and will be taking legal action due to the fact my money was not refunded fully.
If I could, I would not even give them 1 star. I decided to cancel my order (I found a similar dress for half the price), so I emailed them. No response from them. Then, I got a shipment notification (came from the same email address that I reached out to). I hit reply and kindly asked for an explanation - still no reply. This company does not have good customer service at all. They do not care about their customers. Won't be shopping from them again.
I've always loved this store! I have to shop online now because they closed down a store at a mall near me. But i love everything they have here! I've never had an issue with sizing or quality of the clothes, so i'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I have a few tops and pants from here, and everything is going great!
Um... here are such horrible reviews... but I am so satisfied with all purchases l made through their website... all these girls should of read their return policy first of all and about the description... and of course size chart... it's all in that page for each item... I don't understand how can you miss that.? They write every single detail... one more thing... I never dealed with their customer service so nothing about that... very satisfied... recommend to each one of you... amazing style... love it...
I ordered a pair of leggings that were received damaged. I was told that I would be allowed to exchange the leggings, but only if I paid the return shipping. This is the worst customer service I have come across online is some time. I recommend you go spend your money elsewhere.
I purchased a sweater from this site in September 2018. I wore the sweater twice and it began to unravel and come apart at the seams. I contacted them for some type of compensation or return. They told me that because it was 30 days past the order, I could not return or exchange the item. I think this is ridiculous because they sold me a defective/ cheaply made item. No clothing should come apart after 2 wears. They should have been able to accommodate me considering that I have been a regular costumer. Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.
I went against my gut and all of the horrible reviews and ordered a dress from loveculture.com. I paid for expedited shipping. After 3 days I hadn't heard anything from them. I sent an email and only then did I find out that my item wasn't available and to allow 3-7 business days for my account to be refunded. We'll see. Hopefully this isn't a new battle.
I paid for next day shipping and got it a week and a half later! Then to find out the sizing is horrible i wear a medium in all dresses, i ordered a medium and i couldnt even put it on! It was like a extra extra small and the dress was $80
I bought a dress for me to wear for my engagement, and i decided to return it, since it was 80$ and they didn't accept it, said i needed to provide a return label... i didn't have it since i was getting married it was stressful to me. after i got married i realized they haven't refund me or send back my dress...i emailed them letting them know i bought it and i still haven't gotten anything back? they said they discard it... so Im left with nothing!!! super horrible store policy and customer service...
Am at Altamonte spring mall Florida I was trying some dresses the girl that work at the dressing room she's either doesn't like her job or she had a fight with her boyfriend she faces me the worst attitude and service ever in my life, I worked as a secret shopper before and if I was doing my job tonight I would make sure she will get fires tonight. Treat people the way you like to be treated, if you don't like your job just quit.
For the people whondont really kniw the difference between good and bad material then you'll be fooled. The prices range from $20-$60 And literally everything in that store will fade on you and shrink after 1 wash. I always tell people go to Agaci you will see that the prices are the same as love culture but the material and styles are 100 times better. Hope this helps people save their time.
Love Culture has never done me wrong. The prices are a little high on some items, but I feel like the quality and unique styles are worth it. I used to visit their brick and mortar shop, but I've ordered online from the site at least 5 times and my order has never taken more than 3 days. Well, it probably helps that I live in the same state. Never had an issue where I needed to contact customer service, but I'm sure the service would be great. Cannot say enough good things.
I ordered 3 items through their website. The quality of these products were embarrassing. I sent them all back immediately. Upon receiving my return confirmation, I was only issued a partial refund. When disputed, they claimed to have only been sent back 2 of the items. Why would I WANT to keep their awful product? This was a careless discrepancy on their end that I am paying for. Now I'm out both the product and the money. Never, ever shopping here again and if you value honest customer service, neither should you!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Shopping online can be frustrating and it is imperative that the online store have excellent support. Love Culture does not have any customer service for their online shoppers and is not concerned with keeping customers. If you are unhappy they simply say "sorry you feel that way" and do nothing to keep you as a client. I am returning all my purchases and will never shop here again.
Somebody stole my wife's identity and used it to purchase items online. When we contacted them to try to find out who used her credit card Fraudulently, they give us the run around. They would rather protect the identity of the thief instead of giving me the information which I need for a police report. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. Those who protect identity thieves should not be allowed to sell products.
I've ordered from Love Culture a couple of times and I really love their clothing. Everything is well made and of pretty good quality. The only major problem I've had is that some of the items they have marked as 'In Stock' aren't actually available. This happened with 2 different outfits I ordered on 2 separate occasions (each time there was a major sale going on). I was VERY disappointed. However, they didn't charge for the items and I still got free shipping and such. Overall, a pretty good experience if you can deal with the uncertainty of not getting an item or two that you ordered.
They have a policy that they will not exchange or allow refunds on "items marked on sale." First, although some of the items have lowered prices, they are not explicitly marked "sale." More importantly, they refuse to exchange items when the size is totally wrong. I checked the size chart and it should have fit me-- should have even been a little big. But the items I got were teeny. And their response was "we don't guarantee our sizes." And it says that on the size chart. What is the point? So they have bad customer service and bad business practice and I will not shop with them again. Do a google search for reviews on this company-- I am not the only one!
I was told that I had 22 days to return anything I buy from them went back to the mall 2 weeks later to take one dress back, cause I couldn't try on to well with prosthetic leg. Well dress was to short went in and the doors are closed business GONE. Called the company but manager NEVER returned call. THEY ARE VERY IGNORANT PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS JUST YOUR MONEY
Do NOT SHOP HERE! COMPLETE RIP OFF and the workers seem to NOT KNOW the return policy of the store! If you buy something your STUCK WITH IT or picking something else from this Cheap Fabric Store! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Some sizes run way big, while some run small.
Most likely, cause they don't manufacture their merchandise, just slap their tags on...
Either way, if you purchase it online, and return it, make sure to check your CC statement for the refund transaction.
The customer service team will go for days, without giving you a legitimate answer to your refund inquiry, as if you are speaking Chinese, no offense.
Only after I submitted a dispute with my Amex, I received an email with some nonsense excuse, why the refund has not been issued, after two weeks of receiving the returned package.
BSing your customers from the start is not a good look for a growing business, considering the product is not that great either.
