Wow! I was hesitant on purchasing the amber alert, I wasn't sure if it would be real. But, after contemplating, and being really worried for my pup after a week of him being gone, I purchased it. I purchased the most affordable one at 3pm and at 6pm a woman called me saying she thinks she has my dog, so I went and there he was! Within a day my baby was home.
What a wonderful service. My little Devon Rex hairless cat was lost for three long days and nights. He was declawed and defenseless. Thanks to lostmykitty.com, I got a call from a neighbor three blocks away and my cat was returned. I am so grateful to have him back. I suggest a picture as that was helpful. People actually called me to offer help in looking for him. Definitely worthwhile service.
Lucy is a rescue looking for a forever home. She spent her last two years in a kennel of some kind. She is terrified of everything. I am keeping her at my house while I train her and expose her to as much as I can. She had gotten loose and we didn't see her or hear anything for days. I decided to post on this site in hopes of locating her. I got a call she was spotted in a neighborhood miles away. Because she is so fearful of things she wouldn't let anyone get close to her. I went out there and drove around for hours and couldn't find her. The next day I get another call from the same area, so I headed back down there again. Still couldn't find her. The next day I didn't hear anything. A day later I received another call that she had been spotted. I drove back out there and this time was successful in locating her.
She is now safe at my house.
Thank you to LostMyDoggie and those who called.

Thank you lostmydoggie. Rosco is now safe at home and my son is no longer a wreck. This is an awesome program. Thank you. Its been a very long week, but you brought him home. Praise God! God bless all pet owners and lovers!
This website is amazing! I developed an account around 8am. And by 11am I was contacted that they found my dog! I'm so happy. This website does miracles, I have no complains and promise that I will use this site again for when my cats run out. Thank you LostMyDoggie!
My FayeFaye went missing on 10/13/2016 around 3:00pm in the afternoon. She got out of our screened in porch and ran off. When that happened in the past she normally came home the same day. When she didn't come back that night I knew something was wrong. Two days later someone told me about lostmydoggie.com. I tried out the free service to no avail. Finally on the fourth day, as my last resort, I decided to upgrade to the phone call alert. Within 1 hour of the phone calls going out I had a call that someone had my darling FayeFaye! What an amazing service you provide that works great! I would proudly pay the money again for the phone call alert as that was the only way I found my baby! Thank you lostmydoggie.com for the amazing service that you provide. I will (and already have been) spread your site far and wide! Thank you so much! You have no idea how much joy you brought me by bringing my baby girl home.
Your Testimonial:
My Chihuahua was rescued by two lovely young ladies, Kati and Katelyn. With the help of LostMyDoggie.com resources I had the right phone numbers to local clinics to call. The young ladies had brought him into the closest one and it was my first call! Thank you to everyone who helped look for Rex in the Village Green Neighborhood! God Bless you all and a special thanks to Kati and Katelyn for taking such wonderful care of Rex overnight! Thank you LostMyDoggie for all the great information! It worked!
My Brittany disappeared on a Saturday evening. By Sunday afternoon I had called most of the local vets and the local SPCA. Turns out the person who took the message at my own Vet's office took my dog's name, but not mine. But, fortunately, LostMyDoggie.com notified all local Vets, pet stores, groomers, kennels,... resolving the confusion at my Vet, the most local, and most likely to be called upon to scan a chip.
Thanks, service was prompt, efficient, and exhaustive!

So grateful for LostMyDoggie, our great neighbors and animal lovers!
1. One kind soul found the dogs and went to great lengths to rescue them (on a motorcycle, no less) and post the dogs on Craigslist and drop off at Baldwin Park Humane Society
2.We registered dogs as lost on LostMyDoggie
3. Kind neighbor saw both Craigslist and LostMyDoggie posts and put us all together
We are blessed that so many things went RIGHT!
Thank you all from the happy pups; Rosita and Pirate and their grateful family!
Because of this website Serena was found and returned home safely.

Thank you for helping Serena get home. Sherlin
I lost my Scruflfes, a Somali cat over a week ago and this site did an excellent job at contacting all my neighbors! Scruffles is found and back safe in the warmth! Thank you so much! This is one of the best pet organizations ever! I can never thank you enough for such excellent service. My cat means so much to me, and I love him dearly. It is wonderful to have an organization like you who understands how much pets are loved and cherished by their families. Thank you from Sharonda Jenkins and Erik Harper of PA.
I would HIGHLY recommend LOSTMYDOGGIE.COM! We only used the basic service, but if freed up time for us to be able to search the neighborhood rather than driving all over town to the various vets and shelters. There were a couple (vets) I came across while walking around looking for my pet. Both had already been notified that she was missing, and the flyers that were faxed over were already hanging up on the boards. I am happy to report that my ColaBear has been found and is now home safe and sound. Thank you so very much for your help!
I lost my two Yorkies and after 5 days I was losing hope so I turned to the Internet and found LOSTMYDOGGIE.com. I posted the information and that generated a flyer which they faxed to every veterinary & pet rescue or shelter within 25 miles of me & I printed the flyer and posted it all over my neighborhood! In less than 24 hours I received a phone call!
The dogs were being kept in someone's house for 8 days! After printing the flyer and
Posting it all over the neighborhood someone saw the pictures of the dogs and called us
And said their neighbor had them and gave us the address! The lady did not want to give
Them back and we had to call the police! But they are now home. THANK YOU LOSTMYDOGGIE!
Sincerely,
Jeannie

I tried lostmydoggie.com after I had previously tried another lost pet service. The other service did not work and wasn't reputable, but lostmydoggie.com was a lifesaver, or should i say dogsaver. I used both their neighbor amber alert and their shelter/vet mail service and within 3hrs of placing the phone calls, my dog was found. Their customer service is actually concerned about your lost pet as well. They called me before the alert went out to get all the information correct and then followed up after wards as well. I would recommend them and I give them an A+.
We couldn't find our dog so I was in the process of listing her on lostmydoggie.com. I had put in all the initial information including my credit card and was putting in a photo when my husband walked in with our dog. I tried to cancel the listing but was charged $35 to cover "upfront costs" although it was unclear to me what exactly that entailed, especially when I was just putting in the information. My advice to anyone with a dog is to spend a few dollars and get a tag with the dog's name, the owner's name and contact information and stay away from this website if the dog gets lost.
Our doggie, Little Girl, a Jack Russell/Whippet mix, slipped out of the house on Monday, August 29,2016, and took off on an adventure. We looked for her for many hours, asked anyone in earshot if they had seen her, and posted her on Craigslist, all to no avail. During a web search for help with a lost dog I ran across LostMyDoggie.com. I decided to sign up. This morning I got a call from a vet's office telling me they had my precious Little Girl as they had a fax on her. That fax could only have come from LostMyDoggie.com. I have my precious baby back and I am so happy and relieved. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. XOXOXOX
So thankful for this website. I posted on all the various fb sites for lost pets and the Facebook yardsale sites every day for two weeks that my kitty was missing. Today I just happens to come across this website and decided to give it a shot. 4 hours later my cat was found nine miles away from home. The flyer that this website makes for you was noticed by someone who probably didn't pay attention to all my other post. I can't thank this website enough. If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have my cat back.
His was really fast! Yesterday at around noon, Marley exited home from an open garage door; time later my sister in law realized this and we started the search all over the place; yesterday night, as you might imagine, was horrible, especially for my two nieces. Today morning, I posted it on lostmydoggie.com. Three hours later, I got a phone call from a good person that saw the listing and recognized him from a posting in Raritan Animal Hospital in Edison, NJ. Rest is history, now he's at home and we are happy.
THANKS LOSTMYDOGGIE.COM!
Our family was so grateful for the wonderful service we received from lostmydoggie.com. The process of reporting our missing dog, Mitch, by navigating the website was very easy and within half an hour we had a professional-looking poster to circulate and notifications made to surrounding pet-related businesses in our area. Thank you so much for your help in making this a happy ending! Sincerely, The Braisted/Santaniello/Kaier families.
Buckeye was missing for 12 hours. She was found 8 miles from her home. Lost My Doggie sent flyers to all the vets in my area and when I made my rounds to let them all know Buckeye was found to every place I met with during my search for Buckeye, I saw the flyers Lost My Doggie sent out. That brought tears to my eyes. There were so many people helping me search for her. Seeing that flyer that was sent out was like a God send. Thank you so much for your help with my search for Buckeye!
Answer: They have free services and priced packages by tier. We paid $150 for their biggest package.
Answer: The pricing tier that you choose determines how many people are contacted: the higher the price, the more people are contacted. When you sign up your missing pet, you enter in the last seen address. I believe the Amber alert starts with that general area and works it's way out.
Answer: They send you email with all the people they contact.
Answer: They posted to vets, nearby businesses and so many lost pet websites. Saved me so much time and it was quick and they created fliers. They also sent me the list to prove it, which I verified some. They also were in touch with me and sent photos when a dog matched my description. I can't say enough about them... they rock!
Answer: Company emailed & called to let me know she was possible located. Gave me the finders info, I called the person who found her and we met up!
Answer: Great because we have less neighbors nearby so the area covered is greater due to starting nearby and spreading out until they contact the number requested. Populated cities will have smaller radius for same number of amber alerts.
Answer: I paid the finder personally using their cash app once my pet was found. I'm sure other payment methods are ok. That's the one we agreed on.
Answer: I don't know the answer if it is part of PETA or not.
