Ordered 2 pair. Received them on time and tried them for 3 weeks. Tried all of the suggestions to wear, but could not get used to them. My readers are better. Loved the frames and product, BUT, went to return and they charged me for shipping, so not a free return and not risk free! Disappointed that they pulled the "read the fine print" and made 10 dollars.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Look Optic. The glasses I received were not to my liking, and as per the return policy, I immediately contacted customer service for a return authorization. Despite several attempts to reach out, I never received a response. Due to this lack of customer service, I strongly do not recommend ordering from Look Optic.

Terrible customer service. They do not ship within one business day and horrible at responding to messages. I really wanted to buy more glasses but they do not deserve another opportunity!

The readers we got have better optical lenses than most - we've tried several sellers. They are much lighter and more comfortable than Peepers or Renee's Readers. The benefit of LookOptic is that their glasses are very light and comfortable, plus the optical quality of the lenses is superior to most (including Peepers and ThinOptics). Also, their customer service is excellent.
The main disadvantage is that they don't have quarter strengths - like I need 1.25 but they only carry 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5, etc.
I find this to be a SERIOUS failure on their part because anyone who needs an in between magnification is completely out of luck.
Exchanges are free and easy and they give you a return label for them. Returns are also straightforward but a $6 return fee applies.
I would buy more of their glasses if they had the in between strengths.

Ordered glasses on 4/2/23. Got an email with order confirmation. On 4/3 got order shipped email-and the fine print says "orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days'. 4/11- no package so I called 800#, left v/m. Got a text within an hour...about my order that 'it was shipped', and to wait another 5 business days. So I went back to that original email I got on the 3rd- and checked the tracking #- then called the carrier directly. Carrier never received a package from LookOptic-,therefore it has never shipped. Have called everyday since, leaving voicemails and emailed once. NO ONE ever gets back to me. How can a company never answer their phone nor answer their contact us email? Do not order from here

I have contact customer service twice concerning where my order is and each time they told me that the glasses would ship right away. I have still not received my glasses. I have contacted them a third time and am waiting for a reply...They charged me right away so they have their money...i'm still waiting.
Update: they told me that the glasses are out of stock but they might be able to ship at the end of March… I ordered in January… I think they should have let me know instead of telling me twice they would ship right away…. Also, I think they should have charged me when they ship rather than when I placed the order…. They did refund my money… I went for the refund rather than wait because I am in need of new glasses.
