Our first order arrived with some of the grains spilled out into the bottom of the shipping box. (Maybe 1/3 of the grains.)
Also, we ordered a case of Clif Builder Bars that were within a few weeks of their expiration. Since we know the production date of the bars was about a year ago, these bars are stale.
We called to complain and they gave us a discount of 1/3 for the grains and 75% off of the Clif Bars.
The Clif Bars are going into the garbage so that is still a loss for us.
The customer service was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but you have to wonder about a company whose stated policy is to ship any item that is 2 weeks from its expiration date without warning to the customer.
I might point out that the bars were expensive - not a sale price - they charged FULL RETAIL for them. For old, stale product.
You'd be better off getting them from a local store or just about ANYWHERE else online.

Tip for consumers:
They need to stop selling stale, old product. A protein bar that is a YEAR OLD on the shelf is STALE. Period. Don't sell it unless you offer a steep discount and WARN customers that it is about to EXPIRE - especially when it is an entire CASE QUANTITY.

We paid extra for priority mail of an envelope - not even a package Dec 4,2023. It took over 8 days to arrive even though they advertised 2 day priority mail. We had dropped this envelope off in the Post Office itself.
We stood in line at the post office for a long time to see about a refund for our extra postage (around $8.00).
The postal worker said the priority mail we paid extra for was not guaranteed in any way whatsoever.

In our experience, the USPS takes money for services they DO NOT RENDER. They provide an expectation of faster delivery, but the mail is not handled any differently from regular postal mail. So this is an example of a scam.
If you advertise a service you have NO INTENTION of providing, yet take a premium in payment from people - you are, BY DEFINITION, a scammer.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT use priority mail - it is expensive and the USPS does not treat these expensively shipped items any differently than regular mail.
This is false advertising on their part. The USPS has indicated to us in writing that they do not in any way guarantee the priority mail is treated differently AT ALL from regular mail.

They have hidden fees that are not itemized or shown at ANY point in the purchase procedures.
The customer does not EVER see what the additional charges are or what they are for even when checking out online. The customer representative we called admitted there were the hidden fees that are not itemized anywhere. We could see the price difference but did not have any explanation as to why what was advertised did not match what we were being charged.

This is repulsive, immoral behavior.

I do not care if it is the cheapest contact lens price in the universe - I will not do business with these dishonest people.

The readers we got have better optical lenses than most - we've tried several sellers. They are much lighter and more comfortable than Peepers or Renee's Readers. The benefit of LookOptic is that their glasses are very light and comfortable, plus the optical quality of the lenses is superior to most (including Peepers and ThinOptics). Also, their customer service is excellent.
The main disadvantage is that they don't have quarter strengths - like I need 1.25 but they only carry 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5, etc.
I find this to be a SERIOUS failure on their part because anyone who needs an in between magnification is completely out of luck.
Exchanges are free and easy and they give you a return label for them. Returns are also straightforward but a $6 return fee applies.
I would buy more of their glasses if they had the in between strengths.

Exchanges 100% free, but returns have $6 fee
Responsive company - no trouble at all with our order

I have proof that I cancelled my account 2 minutes after opening it. I logged in and discovered I could not change the first order delivery date and this would not work for us. I cancelled the account IMMEDIATELY afterwards.

There was NO INDICATION on the website whatsoever that the box would be sent ANYWAY.
When you cancel, they say you also have to cancel the box - but the website does not indicate this when you cancel.

They refuse to issue a refund and say that in the fine print of their Terms and Conditions that you have to cancel the box as a separate step. How they think people will know this is beyond me.

Their customer service representatives are often located off shore and will just hang up on you if they don't think they can help you. No matter how polite you are, they will just disconnect the call if they don't want to work with you.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT use this company - or if you do, be very careful when you try to cancel because they will continue to ship unwanted items without your knowledge.

We have been customers with this company for about 15 years.
Unfortunately our domain was tied to an account that was closed and we lost the domain because IONOS does not have options to protect the customer when billing issues arise.
We were told that our domain was in a redemption status and that the fee to get it out was over 100.00. They lied and said the extortion fees were created by ICAAN and that they had nothing to do with it. This is patently false. IONOS refuses to negotiate the punitive fees which are essentially blackmailing us.

We have moved to another registrar and will never do business with this one again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company. There are many better registrars with more features like domain loss protection, free ssl, free WHOIS privacy, etc.

They don't care if they lose long time customers and will not negotiate if a domain is lost.

So far the service has been fine and tech support has been available for any questions we have had.

Our service was with Verizon before, and even though the basic network is the same for Spectrum, we have had fewer dropped calls and issues since we switched.

Very disappointed with the service. I got a notification that my order was being shipped but then...
