I made an shipping enquiry. I have been asked to repeat myself continuous. I have been told they would contact the courier, that I should wait for 14 days, After 14 days, they told me that I will have my replacement been sent. However, after I sent them the DOR form, they told me they have to contact the courier, I will wait for 14 days. What is the matter? Why this loop? Haven't they already contacted the courier 14 days ago?
It's been about two month, and I can't have my replacement!
I ordered a 6 month subscription in January and the last couple months I didn't even receive the box. I tried to cancel it but they wouldn't let me because they don't have a way to cancel your subscription and when I tried to get help with it they were not helpful at all. I turned off auto renew which they said would basically cancel my subscription and I wouldn't get charged again but they keep charging me for this box and it never arrives. Do NOT buy anything from them it's a scam.
I ordered a set of toiletries for my husbands birthday. They charged my debit card but the items didn't arrive. When I contacted their on-line help to ask what the delay was, they said they couldn't do anything for a further 5 days, which was after his birthday. They had 3 weeks to get this delivered. Today, on his birthday I asked what happened, and apparently the courier had lost the package - but why couldn't they have asked that 5 days ago? It only took them 20 seconds to get the answer. I've asked for a refund and they've sent me a form to fill in, to allow them to investigate, even though they know what's happened. I have to print it out and sign it, then scan it in, before they will consider giving me my money back. My husband hasn't got the gifts I wanted him to have because they wouldn't act when I initially contacted them. And I'm spending even more time now sorting this out just to get my money back. I'm very disappointed.

I made a large purchase with multiple items, most of them were new to me. Some of the items were rubbish, so I decided to post reviews as well as for the products that I loved. Few days later I checked and my positive reviews were posted and the negative ones weren't!
I emailed them asking why is that, and it is now over a month later - still haven't heard from them. I will write a letter to the Directors (I have access to the Company registration details).

For several weeks now I have been trying to obtain a returns label for a faulty order (one item was a powder which smashed and leaked all over the other one)
Not only have they not apologised, they're actually WITHHOLDING my right to return until I can supply them with a "clearer image".
At first I was willing to help and sent them pictures, but after getting the same message for weeks it's clear they're being deliberately obstructive.
What about older people who don't own a smartphone and order from desktops? Are you going to penalise them too?

Not fantastic offer free gifts which never arrived then apparently when I complained is no longer in stock, 5 emails and 8 days later shocking service avoid it at all costs feel unique are heads above
I have given 3 stars due to the fact, this must be about the fourth time I have tried one of lookfantastics emailed 'so called' offer codes they have sent to me, either as app exclusive or via their website, and they never work! Tonight I was emailed with an offer of free delivery on all orders ends at midnight, seemingly no code needed. Hmm... so at 10.30pm I tried to make a purchase and guess what it tries to charge me £2.95 shipping! If your offers don't exist Lookfantastic, stop sending the emails!
I ordered a hairdryer in the US, but it doesn't work in my network. There's not information about voltage in the description of hairdryer, but it's one of the most important options for every devices you sell! The LookFantastic refused to refund me the postage costs for return defective item. For me shipping cost for delivering hairdryer back to England is equivalent to the cost of the hairdryer.
I don't recommend this store anyone!
Just received my order, It's clearly a fake product. The bottle looks authentic but looks like it was used before (scuffs, marks), and looks like they filled it with a cheaper product. I'm so disgusted, i'm just going to put it in the trash. Don't trust them...
They advertised a free beauty bag with a purchase over $100. I purchased $120, and they did not send me the bag. Their customer service reps told me they could not send it manually. It was their website's fault for not adding the bag automatically, and then they weren't willing to fix their mistake! This amounts to false advertising and lies. I will never shop on their site again.

Products were not worth the price of the box and the diversity was very poor. After 3 months they continued charging my credit card even though I had bought a 3m subscription. Horrible costumer service. Do NOT buy from them, you can get so much better!

I ordered nearly 8 days ago. I still can not manage to get my order. The parcel company (Gnewt Cargo) is a horrible company. They even told me to reorder.
My worse online experience ever. I m a frequent online shopper. I have to say lookfantastic is very bad cos of their after customer service support. They made me repeat 4x to them for my details and 3x send the same photos to show them the items. I seldom write reviews but this is really very bad experience.

This company is a disgrace, item bought in Dec 23, as Christmas present to partner.
Item worked 4/5 times, then completely shut down, no power etc.
Have been in contact with Look Fantastic since, complaints ignored, call backs ignored, only contact is through site and takes days for replies.
Also every time you email, new agent, not one has taken control or ownership even after replies on trust pilot promising such.
Picture proof below shows the different conversations but each holds multiple messages back and forth
So demanded even after multiple options of proof they wanted item back to offer refund, sort of understood.
Sent back item in post as requested, confirmation received to their hub on 11-03-24 and since then they have seemed to have lost the parcel or as they said "difficulty finding it" and refuse to process my deserved refund of over €255!
I'm disgusted of this company honestly, work in the customer service industry and I'm honestly ashamed to have even considered them, constantly been ignored, delayed and now left with no refund, item or resolution!
I ordered goods on 14th September, due for delivery 18th September. It is now 2nd October. I have never received any goods and have continuously been ignored when I ask for a refund. I can only warn people about this website, On TrustPilot my complaint is shown among many positive but if you look deeper at the reviews you will see there are many dissatisfied customer who have received appalling service as I have- it is disgusting. I will soon set up something so we can all complain to the Mail on Sunday as this should not be allowed to go on!

I came here to share how bad experiences I had with lookfantastic.com. I must confess I made a mistake when I ordered some goods from this "webshop" (no idea how to call this company, in a shop usually you get what you pay for). They claim: "Our orders are sent via courier and are normally delivered within 48 working hrs". Well I waited for my package a month. Received the holy nothing. Sent them dozens of e-mails. No answer. Called them, asked to refund my money. They said my money will be in my account within 5 working days. Another 2 weeks has passed by. Still have not received my money. At least I contacted my bank, hoping to finally see my money again. I conclusion: forget this obviously fraud, untrusty company. Thank you lookfantastic.com. Thank you for NOTHING.
Costumer service is unbelievable, if you buy something pray to be lucky and receive it, otherwise is like a war for you to get what is yours, you will be dismissed, they will tell you the refund is on the way, someone else will say it is not, you will waste hours trying to sort something that is easy, counting that the courier company has the items and it's even said in the courier website that they do have the items stuck for some reason. There is no respect. They will treat you like you are a beggar while the only thing you want is YOUR money back!
I dont think I have ever felt the need to write a review before this, positive or negative. But here I felt the need to warn people, especially from India not to order from LookFantastic, they literally make you wait for 30 days and then dont even send the products. Either you pay additionally for tracking or after 30 days they make you print and hand sign a form to refund your money. Complete wastage of time and money, its like a ponzy scheme! Shop on other sites instead.
Horrible company, very unprofessional customer service team. I have ordered twice from this company - first time, the parcel was very delayed. Second time - i have placed an order on 25th and the delivery was meant to happen up to 29th of Nov! I am still waiting on it - I have contacted customer service team asking for a replacement and they are saying that it has been an error with my redelivery and can't help me with getting any further information. How can they mess up so so many times. Please order from anywhere else if you want to actually receive your order!
