I ordered the advent calendar for my wife on the 25th of Sept., with 2 months to Christmas I thought there would be able time for the logistics, how wrong was I! It is now the evening of the 1st December, and there is still no sight of the shipment, a customer service agent answered my complaint and informed me if I haven't received anything by the 9th December(!) to get in touch. What is the point of a 24 day advent calendar if it does not arrive before the 1st December.
Never got my order waited a month to get it contacted customer service to see where is my order for them to take 3 weeks of investigating what happened to never getting my order or refund.
Aren't they great? Stay away from your own good.
I make several orders with Look Fantatsic every month. I should be one of their most valued customers. I have instead had my account closed down by the Investigations Team for the volume of purchases I make
I queried one item in the 5 years I have been a customer as it was a fake product they had supplied me with.
CS team and online chat is beyond useles and according to them they do not have a head office that I can contact about my concern nor am I able to escalate their decision as this has been done and account has been deactivated.

If everythings goes well maybe it's okay but when there is a problem very bad service.
My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays. They also charged me for shipping when they said it would be free.
Did order a curling from GHD, and first of all, it was a very expensive shipping price, and when I finally got the curling, it was the wrong with a wrong adapter. I wrote a message to them, and the only thing they told me, was I could just buy a new adapter to use it!
Don't buy here in this shop, it is scam!
Got two bad bottles of tanner and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. A waste of money and my time. Items are cheaper here for a reason so don't fall for the scam. And they wont let me leave this review. BUY BEWARE.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is shocking. No phone number to actually contact someone only a messaging system, which then takes two days for them to reply.
I have been told on multiple messages that I will get my refund. This was 9 weeks ago with me waiting for a refund for "5 working days" then having to message back when it wasn't in my bank to then wait to get a reply two days later asking if I can send my PayPal details, or will I accept a credit or checking to see if I have received my refund. 9 weeks! Utter nonsense. I have been a long time customer who they have just lost over something they could have easily sorted. No one cares. Terrible customer service. No stars at all
I placed like 5 orders, canceled all my orders. When i asked what happened, why did my order get canceled? Customer service says get back to me in 2 days. 2 days later my account has been deleted. All my enquiries are gone.
I then register again with the same email, lodge another complain, demanding an answer as to why my order was cancelled, again they stoop so low and deleted my account.
Started a chat using the online chat function, they totally ignored all my questions and ended the chat. Useless.
Few days later got an email saying my order was canceled due to security reason. Whut?
I honestly don't believe this is a legit website. Probably some website made to look fancy to scam money.
I did not received my order. When I contacted Lookfantastic France they confirmed that the package had not been delivered without further explanation!
Despite several emails I have still not been reimbursed. Each time they come up with a new excuse. You have to wait for the package to be returned to them and then you have to fill out a form to confirm that the order which has not been delivered is not in your home! Customer service is extremely poor and they are not helping you in any way! STAY AWAY from this company, it is a SCAM!

We have been using L'F' for around 5 years plus, spending around 3000UKpounds per year, do you think that would be classified as a good customer? Apparently not, our last order for 800 pounds was made 11 days ago... after 5 emails no replies then 4 telephone calls costing us around 50 pounds [as we live in Kenya] we find out from some of the most surly unhelpful people, I've ever come across, that it's still in the warehouse, not even been sent, when we explain that someone is carrying it over for us in 2 days time, you'd be mistaken in thinking they'd rush it through, NO NO NO, Didn't even bother to call us back, we ring again 20 of the 40 items are out of stock and won't be in stock for 3 weeks or more!
I made a purchase at look fantastic, and paid for next day delivery because I was going to travel the next day! But it was not what was promised, my delivery did not arrive the next day, I contacted them but they did not respond. Ah 6am the next day they sent me an email saying my order would be delayed! And they gave me a £5 discount on my next purchase! I don't want £5 on next purchase look fantastic i want my order next day delivered! You don't deliver what you promise! I do not recommend this company!

Very disappointed! I have been ordering from this site for many years but never again. I recently placed an order and I accidentally typed in the wrong address, I sent emails immediately trying to correct the problem and trying to change the address and l received an email telling me they can't do anything abiut it. I then tried to cancel the order all together and received another email stating they can't cancel the order either so basically I paid for a product I will never receive. Horrible customer service. Never again!
The person who handled my live query on their website, called Neve, was not polite or helpful. Her responses about me being a first-time customer and not receiving a MAC gift I was entitled to but never received were cold and dismissive. She would not help and would not see how your terms for applying a first-time customer discount code were confusing. I had spent £50 with MAC, the fact that I am a first-time customer with lookfanstastic.com and received a discount has nothing to do with the gift I was entitled to. I am extremely disappointed in how you treat your customers, new or otherwise. And I want to make an official complaint on how I was treated here. This is not professional. I asked Neve to cancel my account with yourselves but I sure hope you will get in touch to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
It took me almost 2 weeks to get the parcel. I have to buy another shampoo from the store to wash my hair. Can't believe there is a such slow delivery in 2020!
When I opened box, the shampoo liquid was everywhere in the box. 1/3 of the shampoo was out of the bottle! I was going to return the parcel but there is no delivery note in the box telling how to return. I guess there is no return policy for the customers. Terrible purchase experience. Worst of the worst. I will never purchase from this company again no matter what promotion they have.
It has been 2 months to place my order. Didn't get any single information regarding my product. My whole money has been wasted. Don't buy any product totally time wasting and money wasting. Fraud site

The order which was suppose to be delivered by 27th of Nov is still undelivered and despite several follow up messages, there is no response from your Customer Service Team.
Ciera has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in online shopping. They will not give you your own order information if you forget your account log in information even if you have the order number and every other information that you need to place an order. She did not want to help from the beginning and just gave me attitude the whole time. The system itself is very glitchy and unreliable. Overall, a very sketch business.
I bought a 6 monthly subscription for a friend, unaware of the auto renew policy. Once I realised this, I called to cancel but I couldn't until a full 6 months delivery and fees had been sent and collected.

I bought 5 items 20 days ago I received 3 items and they told me to re pay for other 2 items. I sent proof that I paid for all 5 items at once and they said they can see that so the finance team will resolve within 3 to 5 days... its now been 20 days and I'm told another 3 to 5 days.
