For several weeks now I have been trying to obtain a returns label for a faulty order (one item was a powder which smashed and leaked all over the other one)
Not only have they not apologised, they're actually WITHHOLDING my right to return until I can supply them with a "clearer image".
At first I was willing to help and sent them pictures, but after getting the same message for weeks it's clear they're being deliberately obstructive.
What about older people who don't own a smartphone and order from desktops? Are you going to penalise them too?
LookFantastic - My order number is *******. Enough messing me around, if I don't receive your return address by the end of the week I'm going to my bank to reclaim the funds.
