Customer service was not helpful. Rude customer support
Simple to used but asked for an extra $300 after I paid my ticket and got a confirmation email. Said that extra money for taxes, but that really didn't make since to me since I already got a confirmation email. But all in all a good place to find affordable tickets.

Great service, found a great ticket for good price
I missed a family event due to the incompatancy of a booker at this company. Then he tried to rectify it by trying to charge $3000 for a hour flight. He tried to lie and say he contacted us but no such contact was made.
