I ordered a Christmas shirt from them On November 9th. It took until December 6th to get a tracking number which never updated. They didn't respond to: the contact form on their website, comments on their Instagram page, or an email. When I finally made an Instagram post of my own calling them out for not sending my product they called me a liar and went on to personally attack me. Then they cancelled my order because they said I was a "bad customer". You know, for wanting to actually receive the product I paid for.
I ordered a T-shirt from London 1888 and received an email on Sept 1st 2018 saying my order had shipped. To this day I have never received it. I have tried emailing this company multiple times with no response. When I reached out on their Facebook page, I was either blocked from it, or they deleted their page. I have reported them to every company I can think of, the better business bureau, FL dept of agriculture and consumer services, and they won't respond to anyone. I would recommend that no one do any business with London 1888.
Purchased 2 shirts and 2 patches. After 4 months of my order not being shipped and they stopped answering my emails, I reported them in paypal so they just took 3 days to ship my order.
When it arrived... surprise! It is missing a shirt. Of course they dont answer emails regarding this. Never going to buy here again $#*!ing thiefs.
Site says shipped in 2 weeks but it's been 7 weeks, update on the shirts says "pre shipment" but that's been 15 days. I assume this is a scam. Wrote 3 emails wanting a reply with no response. I believe this is a scam. I'm including a screenshot of the info from today 5/4/22 to show all this
This business is run very poorly, despite their frequent excuses dealing with shows they're at or the small size of the company. The truth is that they don't care about customer service and they seem to have a disdain for their customers. They will not reply to messages sent through either of their addresses, and will simply ignore any attempt on social media to call attention to the fact that you've been trying to contact them. The wait time is generarally very long and you are given no updates. Then your expensive shirt with expensive shipping shows up and it doesn't fit, so you're screwed. Sorry but I'm out of sympathy for this small company. Get your $#*! together.
Don't bother with this business. They don't take kindly to people asking for updates or inquiries or being upset at all. Be an obedient quiet customer or get treated like garbage.
I ordered a sweater on December 5 based on their 7-10 business day turnaround for Christmas. It said that if a delay is expected on a particular product, that it would be listed in the item description. What I ordered said 12-15 business days. On the 10th day I asked for an update, to which I was told to wait longer or get a refund. All I wanted was an update. They refused to give me one. So I took to social media to elicit a response. I finally got one, which essentially attacked me for being non-responsive (completely untrue) and then said they wouldn't fulfill my order. Which 1- made me upset but 2- made me realize they never actually had the order in process. Who knows when I would have gotten it… seems like never.
I'm going on 3 weeks 2 emails and an instragram DM all unanswered about a trucker hat I bought with the letters literally peeling off! I get they're a small company so they should At least care when their customers have an issue I've bought a ton of stuff from them I've referred people to the but seriously this is awful service I'm never giving buying from them again and telling people to stay away.
I placed an order and was issued a tracking number a few days later. Long story short, just a few weeks later there was no activity on the tracking number past preshipment. I inquired with the company as to if my package even shipped and was assured it was. A few weeks later, still nothing. I was sent a long email assuring me that I was wrong and the package was shipped. 60 days after the initial order I asked one more time for a refund or assistance and was ignored. I filed a claim with PayPal and was refunded after 10 days. The seller did not even respond to my claim.
I CAME ACROSS A PIN ON INSTAGRAM AND ORDERED IT FOR MY BF, FOR A SPECIFIC OCCASION SO I WAS SURE TO ORDER IT WELL OVER 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME ON 8/29/18. I RECIEVED THE "YOUR ORDER IS ON THE WAY" EMAIL ON 9/4/18, WELL 9/10/18 CAME AROUND AND I STILL HADNT GOTTEN MY ORDER NOR HAD THE TRACKING INFO BEEN UPDATED (IT STILL SAID "PRE-SHIPMENT" "PACKAGE IS ON ITS WAY TO FACILITY" I EMAILED THEM TWICE ASKING ABOUT MY ORDER WITH NO RESPONSE. I SENT A THIRD EMAIL TODAY (9/24/18) REQUESTING A REFUND, IM SURE I WONT GET THAT EITHER. SO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Answer: Nearly impossible, and only after making a big fuss about it on social media.
