Bought 2 pair of boots. Excellent prices and selection and received them in a week.
Stay away from this company. I paid for two day shipping and shipping took 4 days (not counting weekend). Then when product arrived, shoes where marked on and dirty. Shoe box was damaged but shipping box was fine. They are so not legit. I emailed them and they tried to get me to open a claim with USPS... UH WHY? Don't do business with them... I will also be reporting to BBB.
My girlfriend placed her order and received it within a few days. We've tried other services and it takes a long time to receive merchandise. The only bad thing was the quality of the product wasn't great. But the price wasn't bad, so I can't complain.
If they had a negative star I'd blow it up! I ordered a simple summer dress in July it is now OCTOBER 10TH! Why they even have that whole "Sign In" thing is beyond me - it's bogus because every time you try to "use" it to contact ANYBODY AT THAT FIGMENT OF WORLD'S IMAGINATION, SUPRISE! It's the wrong name or password. Also that phone number is bogus and your order ID is ALWAYS wrong even if you copy and paste it or try to forward their e-mail back to them guess what? "Failure to send" pops up. I will NEVER order from them again and I am going to file a report with the Internet or Computer crimes ( whatever you call them) with the FBI 2 blocks from my house!
Oh and don't expect your order to fit unless you are a starving child anywhere in the world or anorexic!
This is the first review for anything I've ever bought! U was just pleasantly surprised at how awesome this site was. I was hesitant to buy because everything was so cheap, but I bought a pair of $40 shoes. I received them in exactly 7 days and when I entered my card info wrong I was able to speak with someone in customer service and they quickly resolved the matter! Oh btw, my shoes are phenomenal!
To begin with, the delivery was three weeks late! I purchased two homecoming dresses for my daughter. They were of the POOREST quality imaginable! My daughter is a small, but I ordered a medium to be on the safe side. It fit like an extra small. Not true to size! Never again will I order from Lollicouture!

I ordered a costume 9/30/15 after a week it was still Processing when I called I was informed that I'll get a refund because they cant fill the order. They didn't know this until a week later. Very irritated, who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't called them
I'm Giving you fair WARNING DO NOT ORDER from this site. SCAM... it's been about a month now and I still haven't receive my order and when I call to cancel the order and speak to a manager the sales Rep. JACK is such a LIAR him and his coworker HANNA they told me for three days that the managers was out at a meeting three days really.?! And hung up on me when I try to talk to someone else. Lies lies lies. I couldn't take it anymore I had to call my credit card company to hand this fraud type situation. I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! But on another note when I did receive a few pair of shoes about a year ago they was Cheap looking so I tried to order a jumpsuit and dress think year thinking they clothes would be better but that was a lie cause I have not receive my order yet. BYE Lollicouture my credit card Fraud department will be contacting YOU. Oh and also they have different warehouse all over the world so you'll never know when you'll receive your package. So I was told. Blaaaaaaaaa what a lesson learn. I will no longer be receiving emails from this place WORSE online experience EVER!
My experience was cool. I found some books that I had been looking for at a reasonable price. The shipping was too much though and my product is taking too long to get here.

Ordered a outfit for my birthday two and a half weeks ago and still haven't received my items they told me it should be shipped out in at my house by this Thursday today is Wednesday and I have yet to receive an order confirmation with my tracking number I am very livid and upset and will never order from this company again
