My first purchase with LolliCouture went well and shipping was fast!
As for the boots I ordered. The boots were a little too narrow around the ball of my foot causing some discomfort. The boot was a size 6 but felt like a size 5. I usually get size 5.5 but 6 will fit okay with a gel insole. I would have ordered a 6.5 if I knew they were a size 6 (small make). Hope they'll stretch out over time. Love these boots!
I hope LolliCouture provides more details about their items in the future to avoid this type of issue.
I give them 3 star cos some their shoes are really small for size 10. I ordered 4 pairs all size 10,2 pairs did feet well and the other 2 were so tight. Putting them made me feel like they were size 9 and not 10 as the label said. Overall the shipping is fast
Ordered 4 dresses but ordered my true size(M) cuz the model looked a lil thick. One dress fits me like a glove but ok, I'll keep it, my mistake. Another dress that was to be my New Years Eve dress had 2 holes in it and another striped hooded dress arrived with 3 obvious stains on the front. Yuck! Mad cuz I touched it. 4th dress was not as described. Requested a RMA number to return defective items over a week ago but no response. Won't order from them again although I order 2 pair of boots from this site a year ago and it was a satisfying experience.

I have not received my merchandise and it ask me to confirm my order. Every time I try and call the number it is busy. However, my money is out my account.
I placed my order on Oct 6th for a sweater for a Halloween costume. The website says orders are shipped within a business day. Today is Oct 16th and my order still hasn't shipped. Customer service said the sweater was coming from somewhere else resulting in a delay. If I had known that upfront, I would not have placed an order. The best part is speaking with customer service today and getting attitude for wanting to cancel.
The only reason the shoes did not get a 5 star rating is because of the price of the shipping. I believe that almost $15 to ship these shoes was too pricey. However, the shoes are awesome!
I love this site so much I dont want to tell people where I got my stuff so I dont see them wearing the same thing. I will tell my closets friend though...
Ordered a lovely pair of boots, and got them at a fair price BUT they were slowly shipped and were jammed into a box far to small, they were folded up and had NO protection other than the shipping box. This should be a 3 1/2 star rating...
UPS has not delivered the package and has sent me through a never ending process that seems I may never receive it.
On the site it says it a one day process. It took yall 4 and now I'm not gone get my outfit in time for an event I ordered it for so thank you so much... smh! Probably won't be ordering from yall much if at all again
You had a great sale, but then to charge that much for shipping is highway robbery. I almost cancelled the order before I placed it. But I really wanted the boots I ordered. I probably wont order again. Unless you have a free shipping event, with no exclusions(because you have a lot of those)..

Shoes arrived promptly, but shipping costs too much
So I was very hesitant to use this company based on reviews I read, but I really wanted a pair of boots they had so I went ahead and did it. I have to say, I LOVE the clothes and boots I got! The shirts were relatively cheap and with the coupons avaliable, I got shipping free (which shipping is crazy expensive). I have to say that I would use this website again in the future.
I was looking for the perfect tights to complete my Wonder Woman costume this Halloween. I found exactly what I was looking for at LolliCouture.
I was kind of scared to order because the prices were so reasonable and I had never heard of the company, but took a chance and ordered anyway. I must say that I was totally satisfied
I had a lot of trouble looking at the six chart when ordering. I noticed that I ordered the wrong size so made sure I called to change it. After taking time and waiting on the phone for a while I finally got through to someone. She was very patient with me and helped me change my size to a medium when I originally ordered a small. I asked her is I would receive a new invoice with the change I the size and she said no but that the change would be written on my packaging slip. After waiting g about a week my top came in. It was still a small and it did not have anything written on the packaging slip. So after waiting time on the phone I still have to wring size for my top even after j was told it would change.
I am a size 4/6. I ordered 2 swimsuits, size MEDIUM, just in case they were slightly smaller than expected. They wound up being so tight I could barely pull them up. When I wanted to return/exchange them I was told I could not due to "health code restrictions". Uummmmm... what kind of crap is that? Not only that but they were extremely poor quality. I also ordered a pair of boots that came with 2 defect scratches and I have to "prove" that they are defective by sending them a picture. I also ordered another pair of shoes (wedges - on extreme sale) and they are perfect.
