I wish i read the reviews before ordering. I ordered. A dress with second day air last Wednesday and i barely received it today. They told me they could not give me my money back for shipping, only store credit for the dress itself. Waste of $60
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. I used express shipping & still did not receive my order. You guys took the money out of my account but I have not received nothing. It is Friday November 6th where is my order
Ordered a costume expecting it to come the next day, not only did they not have stock, but they never called me to let me know that it was not coming in time. Very disappointed.
I ordered two skirts from LolliCouture. They both arrived at my house with HOLES in them. I requested an RAN (return authorization number) to return them and I was told I could not because they were on clearance. I tried to explain that I was not wishing to return them due to size, color, style, etc. but because the clothing arrived damage and the company would not return my e-mails. Horrible clothing, horrible customer service.
If your ordering last minute as I did, it might not make it, I chose 2 day shipping on a Tuesday and got it the following week on a Wednesday. Everything came exactly what I expected and very happy with it. Just be careful about the deadlines for ordering time :)! Otherwise all was good for this site!
I ordered a pair of leggings for Halloween more than a week before. I chose 2 day express shipping at checkout and paid a LOT of extra money so I would get them in time for Halloween. I did not end up getting them until after Halloween- it took over a week for them to be delivered! Unfortunately, it takes 3-4 days to process certain items however it did not specify this on the clothing item or at checkout. I was told by customer service that it says this in their shipping policy, but I don't generally make it a habit to check company's online shipping policies. If I paid $30 extra for 2 day shipping, I expect it to be at my doorstop within a few days unless explicitly stated upon ordering. Also, when the leggings came they didn't look like the picture at all. I think the website has a great selection of clothing at decent prices but I just suggest to check the shipping policy if you need something time sensitive.
The boots look great, just as I expected from the website order. A representative called me to tell me they were running small, so I opted for a half size larger. Wearing them now, they feel a half size too large. I shouldn't have agreed to modify my order. I appreciate the customer service, however :)

1st time on Google. All I did is write what I was looking for, and was able to find them. It did take me a little time to figure out the proper way to have them shipped, and to fill in everything, but that's because I wasn't use to ordering of phone. Thanks for sharing all that I was looking for and a verity of price. I've already received them, I like them very much, and I find them to b comfortable.
MY BOOTS WERE PRETTY DESCENT FOR THE PRICE BUT THE BOOTS ARE TOO FAR UP THE KNEE IM 5'6 AND THEY WERE ALMOST UP TO MY CROTCH LOL BUT THEY WERE KINDA CUTE JUST TOO LONG, I ALSO PURCHASED A PAIR OF FRINGE SANDALS AND THE QUALITY WAS REALLY SHABBY AND THIN LOOKING (FRINGES) WISH I COULD RETURN THOSE ALSO! IM SURE I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING TOO! SO NO IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW:-(

Ordered my costume on 10/10/15 and was told that I would receive a tracking order. I never did. I emailed them on 10/19/2015 and they responded to me back stating there has been a mix up with the vendors and will refund me the payment. I waited for the refund during which I went to go purchase another costume. I received an email on 10/28 saying that my order has been shipped.?!?!... I emailed them right away saying that I have purchase another costume and was waiting for my refund... No response. Emailed them the next day. No response. Called customer support. Busy... Called the next day. Busy... Emailed them on 11/4. No response. Emailed later that day! Finally a response! However they're not refunding me because it had been shipped! No returns/refunds! Horrible customer service!
Saw this beautiful tie-dyed skirt, purchased it, was delivered within four days and it's great. Fabric is beautiful, fits perfectly. I will definitely be ordering from lollocouture again. YAY! Great. Thanks guys.
I tried to email you a while ago to return the boots because though they say they are 8.5 they are WAY smaller than that. No one got back to me about my return so I gave up. I have sense gifted them to someone else but I still don't have any boots.
I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived in a litte less than 2 weeks! Great company to buy from! I wear them everyday and the quality couldn't be any better! Repeat customer in the near future :)

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LolliCouture. Everyone I encountered was unhelpful and this company severely wasted my time and my money. I will never order anything from them again, and I will discourage others from doing so as well.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
