I recently received my mini me multi with diamonds necklace. I have received so many compliments and I love everything about this necklace. It lays flat, never looks dull, and looks great by itself or with additional layers. I am totally obsessed and am contemplating my next purchase as there are so many incredible choices. I received my necklace and all I can say is wow! It looks just as described online. The craftmanship is amazing! I also needed to reach out to customer service and they helped me so much in deciding what style to purchase and what length. I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

This is the second review I have given. I was hoping customer service would see this and see how I feel. I received a necklace for a birthday gift. Unfortunately I saw the receipt and was devastated to see the cost. It was 750.00. I have never done this before but took it to a few highclass jewelers. Without letting them know how much I was charged they all said including the cost of gold and designing the necklace it would be no more than $250. I was really angry. Has anyone think that this coming charges way way too much. The necklace would be good for a 10 year old. Just curious. Looking forward to hearing from you. Txs.

Do NOT order from them. A complete scam. I had them create a custom bracelet with the name "WINNIE". The font generator is completely misleading and they did not provide proofs to show what the bracelet would look like. The bracelet I received is completely illegible. The "I" and "N" blend together to look like an "H" and there is no way of telling what the bracelet says – it just looks like scribble. For the price point, they should have reached out in advance to warn me about this or at the very least, provide proofs. When I reached out over email to their customer service (they don't even have a phone number listed on their site which is sketchy), they admit that the "I" and "N" blended together to look like an "H" but didn't care to do anything about it. The bracelet was also delivered with a knot already in it. At the very least, they should have offered to make a new bracelet in a different font. This was a complete rip off and no one should order from them. Save your money and look somewhere else.
