Debra who answers emails and responds to clients is so unprofessional

I have been a client of LOLA JAMES JEWELRY as far back as before 2018, I've placed approx 6 orders over the course of this time
Their coupon /promo codes are so dodgy.
"They claim you earn points for shopping with them" different tiers with your purchase yet they never seem to be able to be redeemed. Back in 2019 I was shopping for sale and had items in my cart that I wasn't able to purchase in the morning when I reached out of course Debora responded I have let her know what happened that I had wanted to purchase an item on the sale but my purchase wasn't going through she said she reviewed my cart and because the item was not in my car she cannot offer me the sale price the sale price was 25% but at that time she offered me the code LOVE10
Fast forward to recent again I reached out to see if they happen to have any recent promo codes before placing an order I was advised no not at this time but they have code LOVE10 I tried to use the code app purchase but it wasn't letting me so I emailed back in at that time is was
"Advised" that is for new clients ONLY... well that's very hypocritical considering back in 2019 in the email it clearly states I made a purchase and you clearly offered me that code. Same thing for last week
Nevertheless I purchased my order with no code and then two days later I got an email with a 15% off offer

This was very upsetting to me,
I emailed them immediately and said why would you send me this offer now at that time I was advised that we earn points to different tiers when we shop with them the thing is I have thousands of points from all my previous orders that I've never used and nobody has suggested using them or showing a way to use them they just keep accumulating
So after todays email Debra then "CANCELED MY ORDER"
This was placed as a bridal gift, these items are not cheep and to disregard an order so quick and spitefully is like spitting in a long time customers face

I'm sure the owner of the company is not aware what kind of an employee she has dealing directly with her clients I am not a new client I have been shopping with this company for over seven years
However this was my last straw
I guess they are just so busy making and receiving orders that an extra $400 order is Pennie's to them
I prefer to support small businesses not ones that have blown up (what celebrity clout)
And think that they don't owe their customers any kind of kindness or professionalism
