DO NOT hire this company. You will pay for products and never receive, or they will not be what you ordered. You will not get any response once they have your money.
I am so happy and satisfied with the response that I have received from my clients for the website that was developed for my restaurant. It was easy to navigate and it was very attractive as well.
Too restricted and the idea to have to contact someone whenever you need to make a change after every 72 hours is ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with.
In addition to the shoddy logos I received (which are supposed to come with a money back guarantee), I was double charged for the order (two charges, same amount, same day, obviously a mistake). I've been trying since March - for 4 months now - to at least get a refund on ONE of the charges. No response. They didn't respond to the BBB inquiry either.
The 3 logos I did get - after a week, not 3 days - were crummy. Very obviously clip art and not at all on par with what is illustrated on their site.
Their owner messaged me on Yelp but never responded to my follow-ups.
Incredibly bad experience.
I asked logo design cafe to design a logo for me after getting its recommendation from a friend and I was very happy with the final results as it was outstanding working with them. I loved their services and I am looking forward working with them over and over again.
Worst Company EVER. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never ever going to do business again with Logo Design Cafe. Customer care person is very RUDE. After buying 5 logos you would think I would receive better customer service but just the opposite. Please do NOT use this company. HORRIBLE!
I use this website / logo design website for my small business logo. It wasn't what I asked for but it was ok. So I move on to do a website with them as well. The website was a mess, crashed all the time and it wasn't what I was told I was going to get. I requested a refund for the website since I wasn't happy and since their claime days " if you not happy, we refund 100%"
Turns out they don't do refund. If you read all the time print, they make it almost impossible to refund you your money. They keep offering you different product they can offer, but never give you the money. They have a guy name Nick Watson who is a "manager" but all he does is give you the run around. This web designer are all located in India and to get someone to really talk on behalf of the company is impossible. They are scan artist, be very careful. I lost my money and got nothing back.
Do NOT do business with this company - they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - they are lying. They also produce terrible work! This is a rip off they will keep your money!
