They come in low and then up sale you and hold you hostage and create fear that they will bring your site down unless you pay them more. When I refused they put up a site is down page. My site was slow because they remove code and try to get another 300 plus out of you to fix. I had a full stack developer look at it. When you pay them they will just re insert the line they removed. If you refuse they take your site down. Very unprofessional group to do business with.

Totally agree with other negative reviews of this company. They are constantly trying to get you to purchase additional services by pestering you with emails and phone calls. Then they make up phony stories about the need to move the website to a private server (they even had the audacity to "blame" the Coronavirus for this!). When I refused and called their bluff, they deliberately slowed down my website and refused to fix the problem "until you send a payment." I have now reported the company to the Federal Trade Commission and am initiating additional legal action.

David Brown is not to be trusted. Charged my credit card $799 8:53am--when I noticed the charged I call him to cancel at 9:21am--20 minutes later. They responded to my credit card company that I passed the cancellation period--so now I am left taking them to small claims to retrieve my $799. David Brown does not return calls or emails, customer service supervisor will not return calls or emails and billing says that only David Brown can reverse this charge. Mind you, I have no idea what $799 is for--they say for copyright--but that was part of the original package that I purchased for them to do the logo. Complete liars--the whole staff

Unfortunately, I had to leave one star in order to leave a review this company is the absolute worst do not hire this company. They will not reimburse you and give you the runaround. I have yet to find who owns this company or anyone to elevate my concerns to upper management based on the reviews I believe it's going to be hard to get my money back. They got an F rating on BBB. I should've did my research before I hired this effed up company

Unfortunately, as a new business owner there are people like this who prey on you. I wish I would have read the reviews before ever speaking to them. I contacted them for a logo. Let them up-sale me and talk me into letting them make me a new website too. Completely out of $350. I paid in July 2019 it's now October 2019 and I did not like the website and lack of effort. It was taking way longer than he told me with absolutely no progress. I asked for a refund and was ignored a couple times. David, answered and said the refund was processed multiple times. But I got a new card and told him how can you refund anything when you don't have my card number? He said it wi be linked to my bank account still. I spoke with the "owner" Ric Norton to report this, he is the worst scammer. He did nothing but STILL try to allow me to let them make me a site and UP SALE me. The nerve of this guy. I spent 1 hour listening to this man try to up sale me as I'm calling for me refund. He was also texting me the next day which was completely unprofessional. Asking "give us another chance" and "why are you being like that" This entire company needs to be shut down. (In the photos, I accidentally referred to logo cafe as "99 designs)

Scammers! They keep adding charges then decided to put my website down. Unprofessional, John hanged up the phone on me when I asked him to explain the charge.

Totally ripped off a handicapped single father trying to start a new business with over price options that were never fully implemented. TOTAL lack of communication and when a $300 refund was offered on nearly $2,000 worth of work, all he got was a run around and no money. The $5 logo was ok but $599 for a high school level logo animation and $500 for a SSL and $750 for template site stuff that was still in the nonsense language of the site builder. BOOOO BAD PEOPLE. Charged him for a website, and never communicated enough to get one published IN OVER A YEAR, then told the customer he should have called more, or texted more because his representative was very busy. We made them less busy and left. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with.

In addition to the shoddy logos I received (which are supposed to come with a money back guarantee), I was double charged for the order (two charges, same amount, same day, obviously a mistake). I've been trying since March - for 4 months now - to at least get a refund on ONE of the charges. No response. They didn't respond to the BBB inquiry either.

The 3 logos I did get - after a week, not 3 days - were crummy. Very obviously clip art and not at all on par with what is illustrated on their site.

Their owner messaged me on Yelp but never responded to my follow-ups.

Another week Goes buy more promises of returning my money and nothing in my checking account. If you do business with this company you are an Utter fool. They will not answer the phone they won't answer my texts they want to do anything they have stolen $700 for me and will not return it. This is been going on since April 2019. If you deal with Jon the project manager he is a coward, he'll Pawn you off to his cronies and try to upsell you for garbage work. Their designs could've been better done with a third grader with crayons. I wish I could post them so you can see them. They're funny. Just so you know here is the first ploy. You asked for a logo design and they're going to tell you that they'll upsell you with for a 3-D high-quality logo for an extra hundred dollars Don't do it - it's $#*! they don't know anything about logos or do they know anything about creating something that's going to represent your business. Secondly you don't care about you because there a billing company their entity obviously supports them and there cowardice and fraudulent business methods

If karma does exist, these scammers should get big lifelong hemorrhoids because they are the biggest PIA company I have ever worked with. Once they take your money, good luck getting them to do anything for you. They will hold your site hostage until they can extract more money from you. Everything is a sale pitch. Check the BBB. That should tell you something. DON'T make the mistake I did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company is full of scam artists! I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to me hiring and spending my money on these charlatans. I have a completely useless website because the email link fails. I have gone round and round with David (I believe he has been mentioned in other reviews) over why they are either unwilling or unable to link my email properly. I have been in contact with yahoo and they are unable to help because they do not host the site. I had a 3 way conference call between yahoo business email and logo design cafe (LDC) and they yahoo rep was getting really frustrated with the situation. LDC will do something and the email will work for about a day or so and then... nothing. They keep insisting that I pay MORE money so that I can have the support I need. My business is being held hostage by these crooks and I am at my wits end. I have not ever dealt with such blatant disregard for professional business ethics. I am going to start campaigning against this business and logging complaints with the BBB. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I use this website / logo design website for my small business logo. It wasn't what I asked for but it was ok. So I move on to do a website with them as well. The website was a mess, crashed all the time and it wasn't what I was told I was going to get. I requested a refund for the website since I wasn't happy and since their claime days " if you not happy, we refund 100%"
Turns out they don't do refund. If you read all the time print, they make it almost impossible to refund you your money. They keep offering you different product they can offer, but never give you the money. They have a guy name Nick Watson who is a "manager" but all he does is give you the run around. This web designer are all located in India and to get someone to really talk on behalf of the company is impossible. They are scan artist, be very careful. I lost my money and got nothing back.
