I recently purchased the Beginners Lock Pick Set and am I ever glad I did. I have found myself a challenging new hobby. Just a wonderful company as well. The book that was included is fabulous. I am learning all about how locks work first then I will tackle the variety of really well made locks and quality supplies that come in the kit. The staff I have dealt with have been more than happy to help with anything I need as well. I highly recommend them.

$75 order took two weeks to arrive in Texas. Tracking the shipment let me see that it had a nice vacation in Orlando for three days. Then DHL handed it off to USPS which added a day. The products were correct and in good order.

I bought a Lock Pick Set Beginners Box for my husband as an anniversary gift just 2 weeks before the date. After a week I was a little concerned about whether it would arrive in time and sent an inquiry to check-in. The staff at Lockpick World responded to my email very quickly with an update. The kit arrived in time and was well packaged in a sturdy and discrete box. The kit itself is very high quality! The pick set is stainless steel (some other kits I researched actually use brass) with a great variety of picks. The see-through training locks are very solid.

Purchased Praxis 21 piece kit and top of Keyway Tension Wrench set after looking at reviews online and on YouTube. Both products are as advertised and could not be happier with the quality of the products. Have dealt with this company several times and have asked a few questions in the past. Their customer service has always fast and courteous in their responses. Free delivery with purchase over 35 dollars came within the 5 to 8 days stated on their site (in came on 5th day). This is one of my most favorite places on the internet to purchase locksmithing tools since I have taken up the craft as a hobby. See attached picture of products purchased.

I originally had some difficulties understanding why my order hadn't shipped, so I sent an email asking that question. I ordered a high-end Micropick Elite set from their website on DEC 2 (approx $200). It was to be a Christmas gift. My credit card was charged immediately but as of 10 JAN the order hadn't arrived. Their only method of contact is via email. I had been communicating with them about a previous, less expensive order. When I inquired about this order, they stopped responding to all my emails.
The day after I posted this review I was contacted by a customer service rep, and by the owner. Both were courteous and apologetic about the issues I experienced. My order was immediately fulfilled and the shipping charge was refunded. The items are of good quality and met my expectations.

There have been some problems replying to emails simply due to the time of year and the delays reported by all major couriers - which is out of our hands, but has meant a backlog of customer messages. We have a team of four people working on this. I checked your ticket and see it has been replied to over the weekend. Should you not want the item once it arrives, let us know and we'll provide an RMA so you can return it free of charge for a refund. We have also refunded your shipping costs due to the delay. We've been trading online for nearly 20 years, in that time there will be reports of delays and problems on various review sites - you'll get that with any business - but nearly three quarters of a million customers got their items on time and are very happy. It would be handy if you could provide your name and/or your order number so I can look into this. You don't become the world's largest lock picking retail store with nearly 20 years trading online by ripping people off. I would be happy to look into this and possibly put it right, but I need more information so I know what I'm looking at. If that information doesn't materialize, I'll be left questioning the validity of the claim - and I also would like to make it right. So please get me that info so I can look into this.
Love this website. It has everything you could want and need in the lock picking sport. Expect a slight delay for shipping. Other then that, they are fantastic. Definitely expect a delayed arrival though. Would be 5 stars if not such a long wait.
Ordered a set of picks and paid for expedited shipping. Waited a week and with no tracking received I emailed them. They said picks would ship out next day. 3 days later I email again and they stated there had been problems with their US fulfillment center and the order would be bumped to two day shipping and shipped out next day. Order was not received as they stated.
This makes two direct lies in response to the order status and shipping. This is reaching the point of fraud/theft.
I'll be emailing them one more time before initiating a charge back, just to be as fair as possible.
Hello Duane - I think I remember this issue. And I do apologize, I know how frustrating that is. But we send out so many orders, very occasionally one will get lost, go missing, be late - there's many things that can happen, that is out of our hands. But we do whatever we can to put things right. If your order has not been received and you want it resent or a refund, please email me, and I will get that sorted.
I ordered 3 beginner lock pick sets and they shipped me 2 peel notebooks! These were supposed to be Christmas presents and ordered in plenty of time. How do you confuse lock picks with note books? I only ordered from them because they were recommended by Bosnian Bill. He needs to rethink them. After recieving my Praxis picks three of the picks where slightly bowed after contacting customer service they apologized fir the matter and immediately resent a replacement set expedited shipping. That is top notch support. Not only they offer a wide range of picks they stand 100% behind their products and place customer satisfaction as a high priority. You cant place a price on that. Well, you could check out our Facebook page, or our Twitter, both with many followers and engagements, as well as hundreds of verified reviews on the shop. We have no telephone number because when we did, it was busy all day long with people who wanted lock picking advice, or just talk about lock picking. We're we're happy to provide lock picking advice by email, but not discuss over the phone in conversation as that is a whole new specialist staff member and the cost of that would go on the price of the products, which we try to keep as low as possible. Being the biggest lock picking retail outlet in the USA, LockPickWorld is well known among the lock picking community, ask on any forum. Giving us a one-star review seems a bit unnecessary, especially for a company you haven't even used. Oh well.
I've bought items from picks wrenches, clear locks, car entry tools, bump keys, tubular lock picks, cross lock entry tools, Impressioning equipment, jiggler setts, rake keys, skeleton keys, etc. never ever had any problems would recommend to my friends their knowledge is second to none never had to return a product I'm always asking for advice and they always give it they are the best lock picking site I've ever used 5 stars.

I was a little worried from all the negative reviews but decided to give this site a chance. The site I normally use was sold out of Kronos multipicks. Couldn't have been happier with my experience. They were actually WAY faster shipping my item than the site I normally use. I'm used to having my item not even ship until like 7 days after my order. This site shipped within a day and I had the Kronos and case in my possession within 5 days. No complaints at all. Will definitely continue using this site as long as it goes this smooth every time!
